I looked into several other similar books as Automate the Boring Stuff with Python, but picked Python Automation Cookbook for being a sequel (2nd ed.) and seemingly more comprehensive.
Turned out, it is a very useful book for anybody, even if there is nothing to automate (you may think otherwise after you finished reading it), but seriously, if not automation, the book will strengthen you as a Python developer, or at least your outlook, because there is a lot of ground covered you would not come across doing at work.
Myself, I learned a lot from this book and it was not boring as every new section is unlike any other. I especially liked the chapters on working with data, charting graphs and ML for automation.
