I like that it included not just the hockey players, but the people who maintain the ice, the PR person, and more. The back of the book includes short bios for many famous players and facts about the sport, and the front of the book includes a glossary of hockey terms.
This was a very informative leveled reader on ice hockey. The narrator is a game official and he introduces not only the game of ice hockey, but the arena, and staff that it takes to run the game. There is a glossary in the front to introduce hockey terms and ten fun facts in back.
