I find this book to be really interesting and emotional. It conveys so much power in so little sentences. Bo Sanchez really is something. I've only been reading him through his investing books. But then I subscribed to his emails and I was deeply fascinated by his words.
This book tackles so much on how we should learn to be who we are and improve what we already have. It gives us knowledge on how we should see the world. That happiness is just about perspective. I do agree that we can get angry or sad in even the smallest things, but we can also be happy as a galloping horse in a meadow of greens when we want to. We just need to look for happiness.
Being thankful is a big part of this book as well. It gives us an idea on how thankfulness can be a greater way to give joy to our lives. It's within ourselves where we will find true happiness. If you think sad thoughts, you'll definitely feel blue. If you think happy thoughts, it's highly likely that you'll end up happy as the horse.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book. It is a very fast read. Religious people can even use in for devotion, in my opinion. I can't wait to read more from Bo Sanchez, and I will definitely recommend and gift his book to my closest friends.
