The second story in the Belle Ame Chronicles, Reaper’s Creek continues the story of the Washingtons as the mystery of Georgia. Without spoilers Reaper’s Creek dives deeper into the mystery and drama surrounding the Washington family. Interpersonal conflicts, relationship growth, and mystery building all drive the story forward

Edwin is still by far my favorite character, but the addition of his now little family is just a joy to read. I could really see him growing throughout the book from primar

Chu did it again with Book Two! I wasn't a huge fan of her Banana Avenue Chronicles series, but I'm loving this new series. It's very suspenseful and mature, and continues right up from where DTR left off. The characters cotninue to feel like people I know in real life, and the twists she includes are shocking. There are at least four books planned, and I'm hyped.
