Mate's secret
Sebastian and Winter
Behind a calm exterior Sebastian hides heartbreak for the loss of his human mate 1500 years ago, from a mysterious fever. So is with shock he bumps into her in a library. Winter doesn't understand the instant connection with this hot stranger that is so out of her league but there is a strong pull between them and she starts having dreams of a different era, centuries ago and a protective dragon. The story line was entertaining with depth and raw emotions. Much better than book 2 on the series. Packed with action, intrigue and betrayal this is a must read. Highly recommend.
Mate's witch
Theo and Scarlet
Scarlet and her identical twin sister are born from a witch but never practiced magic relying on working on their own catering company . Surprisingly they are hired to cater to a upcoming festival that the dragon shifters run every year. While there Scarlet meets Theo and the connection between them is instant. I wont say more but believe me is so worth the read. Highly recommend
PS: nothing was done about the resolution of the curse witch is the title of the series

Mate's Baby 3 stars
He cried more then she did, for them to be dragons they sure don't do much. I'd read to see who's up next, I'm wondering when all the bad stuff with the father is going to blow up.

What happened with the other guy? All that and no fighting worth reading about. The little bit we get is a blur, if he was that good why not make the fight scene between them last longer? I really thought Dorian was using witch power or something but for Levi to play possum to win made it boring. Still doesn't seem like the father is really that bad, maybe I missed something.

A really good shifter romance.💞🐲💖💞
I really enjoyed this series about Carlyle Tallant and his children, who are all dragon shifters. They are all interconnected and yet they can be read as standalone books. Each one is really well written and developed so that they pull you into the story and hold your attention until the end. I truly could not pick a favorite because they are all equally good. I would find myself laughing along with them and crying at times. 💗🔥💕

Fell short of being a great shifter story line
I really really wanted to like these books as I love Dragon story lines. But unfortunately the writing was lacking. The concept was great & many of the characters were well developed, but it seemed like the author just skipped what one would think would be obvious scenes. Often it felt like chapters had gone missing as if I had accidentally pressed fast forward in a movie & each book became more & more sloppy. One thing which was VERY irritating was that characters from one book, who had found their soulmates, would be in the next volume as if they were single again, no reference to their having been mated, nor referencing their new mates. My impression was that the author just didn't want to put in the work or time to write the whole story. Which is sad, because I think it has great potential.

Four great well written Dragon shifter stories that well worth reading. These are the four stories in the set Mate's Baby = Olive and Asher’s story has suspense, drama, danger, and a Prologue that went back five hundred years which I think started this story off with a bang for me. Next is Mate's Kiss = Eden and rogue dragon shifter Levi are soulmates what happens when these two come together as he is an enemy to her father the king this story kept me turning pages. Then there is Mate's Secret = Sebastian and Lucia who have been kept apart by Carlyle. The last one is Mate's Witch = Dragon shifter Theo and witch Scarlet. I recommend this book. Contains subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult language, a few adult intimate scenes w/o a lot of detail, and violence. It contains multiple reoccurring characters and an overarching theme.
This is the complete series focusing on the Tallent siblings, the royal grandchildren of the first dragon shifter. There are quite a few grammatical issues throughout, but I was still able to interpret the author’s intent.
I liked that all of the stories were contained in one volume and were connected with an overall theme. The characters are likable and the world building is fine. I also liked that is contained dialogue from both the hero’s and heroine’s perspectives, which helped bring the stories more to life for the reader.

Great stories
Spoiler Alert. Since this was about the whole Tallent family series I wanted the books to be more intertwined together. So I'm a little disappointed that the family didn't come together as a whole. Asher had a son and wife that were never mentioned, Edens husband nor Sebastian's wife never seen or heard from again. I was glad to hear about the grandfather Orsic again, I just feel like the stories would have more closure if the would have been included. The stories were interesting with good plots. I will get this author another try because I really like the stories.

Amazing Collection ❤️
This boundle follows the love story of the three dragon brothers and their sister, as they find their mates and fight for the right to be together, against tradition and ancient history, full of betrayal and a curse. Love the characters and the story line, each book is a standalone, no connection between the stories and I think they would be even greater if connected. Anyway each story is really good, full of action, romance and hot dragon shifters. Loved it!!! ❤️😍🐲

Lola Gabriel outdid herself with this boxset. It is full of sexy dragon shifters and their mates. It is full of hot steamy sex and drama as these siblings find and work out how to keep their mates. There are witches and curses involved. If you enjoy reading steamy sex, romance, hot dragon shifters, and witches as well as fiesty heroines you will love this book. It is well-written and captivating. I couldn't put it down.

Four exciting tales of Royal dragon shifters finding their mates. Three male siblings and their stubborn sister each find love. I liked the drama each couple went through to get their HEA. Grandfather is an old scoundrel and King Carlyle is an overbearing psycho but the Princes and Princess turn out remarkably well rounded. I loved the last story Mates Witch best even if it was the shortest.

Good short reads
The first two books were better. More of a story. The last two were shorter and I felt just kind of thrown together just to get them done and over with in a hurry.

Great series. Loved that one of the siblings turned out to be a girl. Lots of romance and great love scenes. Sebastian should be king though.

Dragon shifter Asher has fallen into a depressed state since Olive had left him six months ago. He and his brother Sebastian are sent to track what the scouts had reported of a human smelling like dragon but the scent kept disappearing as there had been no dragon births for five hundred years. Olive had left Asher as she was frightened what his father would do when he found out she was pregnant and with her friend Esme had been moving from one small town to the next. Then unable to sleep she goes to a diner and Asher appears at the window. Asher had gone for a drive just going where his instincts took him and ends up looking through a window of a diner at Olive. He is surprised when he finds she is seven months pregnant.

When her father summons her to his room Dragon shifter Eden is surprised and horrified to be told she would be marrying his top warrior who she feels has a hidden agenda. She worries and tries to find a way to avoid the marriage but all she gets is more confused. Taking a walk in the woods to try and clear her mind she finds an injured Dragon. Changing into her Dragon form she takes him back to her room and heals him. Levi knows he is being followed and tries to elude them but after changing to get away from his three pursuers they give chase and attacks. the last thing he remembers is falling through the trees but when he come to he sees an angel then as he comes to his senses he realizes he is looking at his soul mate but he has been exile and labelled rogue making it impossible as she is the daughter of the man who exiled him.

Eden stood at the lake, fully enjoying the silence, the smell of the pines, and the beauty in front of her. She stepped into the cold water, then floated quietly, relaxing in meditation. Meditation for dragonbornes required bravery and determination, since water was a natural enemy of a fire-breather, capable of disarming them of their greatest defense. Some couldn’t even tolerate a shower! Dragons were quick-tempered, but she wanted to be a healer and needed to be capable of finding inner peace. So being interrupted by her cousin Ivy brought the rage back as she left the soothing waters and went to see her father in his study.
Eden’s father, Carlyle Tallant, sat in his favorite chair as she joined him. When he actually looked nervous, she knew she would not be at all happy with this discussion. He told her it was time she married Darian. Darian may have been one of the top warriors, respected by many, but there was something “off” about him. Perhaps his political ambitions? Her father had made dinner reservations for them and she had to get ready immediately. Darian had taken it upon himself to order for her before she even got there, which aroused her anger that even that tiny piece of control had been taken from her!
Again, Eden went to the lake to calm herself down, only to have Darian show up and annoy her. He tried to beg her to give their relationship a chance, even if they were not soulmates. But she wanted nothing at all to do with him. How long can she put the distasteful marriage off?
Fate intervenes in Eden’s life, leading her to a wounded dragon in the woods. She takes him home to heal him. When he shifts to human form, he is recognized as Levi, a banished rogue who defied the king and would not continue to fight against innocents after the battle was won. There is a price on his head. And it turns out that Levi is Eden’s true soulmate! The problem is that she is the Dragon King’s daughter! With her father pressuring Eden to marry Darian, and the danger of Levi’s presence there, what will the soulmates do? Does she obey her father or follow her Fate and her heart to be with the man destined to be hers?
This was a good story, well written, with well-defined characters. The story line has good pacing to keep the reader interested. The other books are likewise enjoyable, and having them in one awesome collection is perfect!

Mate's Kiss
Lola Gabriel writes an excellent book. This one is about Eden, the daughter of the dragon king, and Levi, a rogue dragon living outside the Kingdom. She has been betrothed to further her father's political gains when she meets an injured rogue dragon. With little chance of avoiding marriage to her hand-picked husband, she finds her mate. The trials and obstacles Eden and Levi encounter are the heart of the plot. This story is well-written and the characters have depth. The plot is not superficial and the sex scene is modestly handled. An enjoyable read with a HEA ending.
Mate's Baby
This is the story of Olive and Asher, 2 lovers who face adversity differently: Olive runs away and Asher gives up. The story begins with a seven month pregnant Olive on the run from Asher and his legacy as a dragon shifter, unaware that her friend Esme hides a secret of her own. While this book is written well, I felt the author should have included the story of Olive and Asher's first meeting and their ensuing relationship. IMHO, I wanted more background story. Instead, I felt as though I missed the opening chapters of a really great book. 3 1/2 stars
Mate's Secret
This book is the story of Winter, a human college student, and Sebastian, a prince dragon shifter. They accidentally bump into each other and feel an unusually strong chemistry. Two completely different backgrounds and Sebastian's secret cause difficulties for the couple. Lola Gabriel has written a wonderful plot with great characters. There are enough twists in the book to keep the reader entertained. She resolves the conflicts in an interesting way while bringing the characters to their HEA ending. 4 stars

The trials and obstacles Eden and Levi encounter are the heart of the plot. This story is well-written and the characters have depth. The plot is not superficial and the sex scene is modestly handled. An enjoyable read with a HEA ending.
Mate's Baby
This is the story of Olive and Asher, 2 lovers who face adversity differently: Olive runs away and Asher gives up. The story begins with a seven month pregnant Olive on the run from Asher and his legacy as a dragon shifter, unaware that her friend Esme hides a secret of her own. While this book is written well, I felt the author should have included the story of Olive and Asher's first meeting and their ensuing relationship. IMHO, I wanted more background story. Instead, I felt as though I missed the opening chapters of a really great book. 3 1/2 stars
Mate's Secret
This book is the story of Winter, a human college student, and Sebastian, a prince dragon shifter. They accidentally bump into each other and feel an unusually strong chemistry. Two completely different backgrounds and Sebastian's secret cause difficulties for the couple. Lola Gabriel has written a wonderful plot with great characters. There are enough twists in the book to keep the reader entertained. She resolves the conflicts in an interesting way while bringing the characters to their HEA ending. 4 stars

First, I read books 1 and 2 as they were released. Both were great reads! Books 3 and four are only in this set. Also great reads. So, do I review as a set, or each individual book...……How bout both?
Mates Baby
Olive and Asher were great. A story of lies, betrayals, misunderstandings and love. The characters were all enjoyable. This was a quick read completed with a HEA. Hopefully this will turn in to another awesome series.
Mates Kiss
So, imagine your life is planned out for you, not the way you want it. You have put it off for 200 yrs, decision time...….Then you meet your soul mate. What's a girl to do? Grab her dragon and hold tight. It will all work out. Complete with a HEA. This was an amazing read. Can't wait for more.
Mates Secret
This is a 5 star read. Sebastian and Winter/Lucia had such a wonderful story. So much pain and so much history. The love of a mate can either bring you to your knees or rise you above all. Loved it!
Mates Witch
Theo and Scarlett find out early in the story that they are mates. Of course that doesn't make it any easier. They still have a journey to HEA. However, their story felt a bit rushed to me. Still a great read!
Now, while each of the books are 5 star on their own, the set didn't hit that for me. Apparently (this is my assumption) run concurrently. But, there is no mention of the siblings stories overlapping. Yes, in each they are mentioned, but no other info was given. I feel this would have worked well, if, the epilogue would have tied all the books together. It just felt like there was no closure. It just confuses the timeline of events. Maybe a book for the Dragon King......because I'm sure he was instrumental in all of his children finding mates. Once again I have to say, it is still a must read.

Mate's Baby: Very good story. I liked it. A Witch and a Dragon. Wow! The story is exciting, and full of fear for the child and herself. Olive is tougher than even she knew. Of course Asher could see better after he talked to Olive.
Mate's Kiss: I don't know. It's a good story and exciting. It is just hard to see some one forced into doing something that they could not see themselves doing. How can a father do that? Her brothers would not even fight for her ether. Crazy thing that her soulmate is the only one to do that. I wounder if her father ever found his soulmate. If he had would he have tried forcing her into this marriage?
Mate's Secret: Sabastian I do believe has contained his emotions for so long that he is having trouble with them now. For so long his brothers and father have joked and tried to tear down his resolve not to let his emotions get the better of him. I think it is taking a toll now. Now he needs that control the most. So much going on and trying to woo his soulmate too. Why does his father and the rest of his family keep pushing Sabadtian? Pushing to become stronger, for what? Very good story I enjoyed it very much.

Lola Gabriel does not dissapoint - she has delivered another great story, this time in the Dragons Curse complete set. The story is well written getting your attention quickly and has you hoping that love and babies always come out on top.
Witches and dragons have a long history of mutual hate of each other. Five hundred years ago witches killed almost all the dragons, then one dragon stood up leading dragons and mortals against the witches.
Mate's Baby: During the witch hunts, one witch cursed the dragons. Since then dragon shifters have not conceived even one baby - that is, until now. Will this little dragon survive to be born?
Mate's Kiss:. She's being forced into marriage by her controlling father to a man she has no attraction to. He has been banished from the kingdom with a price on his head. The moment they meet, they know they are fated mates, but can never be together.
Mate's Secret: After 1500 years apart, two soulmates meet again. Will they ever be able to have a life together, or will his family destroy them to keep them apart?

I loved this Box Set which consists of four really well-written stories featuring Dragons, my personal favorite shifters. First, we have Mate's Baby Olive and Asher's story which has a super Prologue going back five hundred years which really set the scene for the rest of the books.
Then came Mate's Kiss, Levi is a rogue dragon who meets his soulmate Eden but he and her father are enemies how will that work out?
Book Three is Sebastian and Lucia's story, Mate's Secret, Sebastian and Lucia have been kept apart by Carlyle will they finally get their HEA?
The fourth book is Mate's Witch this one tells Theo's story about when he meets his soulmate Scarlet, who it turns out is a witch, how's that going to work out?

A great series telling the story from the start of the curse through several generations Very well written and compelling with different types of mates and very different experiences Heroes to fall in love with and heroines to keep them in order when needed. Some surprises in each book but the series as a whole follows in sequence and doesn't change the background or main ideas from one story to the next so you always feel you are following a time line and the same family Would love to read more stories like this even though the main characters have already told their stories
