Kidnapping is easy. Wayne Richards should know. He has a theory. If someone you’ve grown to love disappears on you, it’s possible to bring them back—whether they like it or not. The problem is, Wayne can’t let certain things go, and his life is dictated by a shocking past that has warped his mind. The woman he has abducted conveniently, perhaps unbelievably, adopts Stockholm Syndrome. Then the unthinkable happens, and once again, Wayne is crushed. Life takes a strange turn, and he finds himself in The Klinter Institute, a mental health facility. After therapy, he is taken to a new town to be integrated back into society—but that place is far from what he envisaged. There’s murder in his future, and Wayne has waited for this perfect moment to commit it. Murdering is easy, too. THIS BOOK WAS FORMERLY RELEASED UNDER A DIFFERENT TITLE AND PEN NAME.

I love the books that Emmy Ellis writes as her books go to subject matters that are very sensitive.

In Coma we have the same premise, a young boy abused by his mum and partner.

The evil done to him turns his thoughts dark thoughts. Enter counsellors trying to help him move forward but there is a catch

He is in a coma

Intense. Riveting. Suspenseful. Addictive. Complex. If you like dark, twisted suspense as much as I do, you can't go wrong with this book!
