Im horribly late posting a review but thank you so much to the author for sending me a copy.
This book has everything-from suspense, betrayal and all things mystical.

Imagine what it’s like to simply use touch and have visions-being overtaken by emotions that aren’t yours? Our main character has been raised in a very religious family and is petrified to admit to what she can do. Would this be looked at as un-holy? Would her church and friends turn on her? She has always kept this secret locked

I had a hard time getting into this book at first. It goes a bit slow and doesn't capture your interest at the beginning but once u keep reading it is great.

At first, I enjoyed this book. It was great with how she could feel other people’s emotions. The storyline was great with the friendships and everything but I loss interest really quick. I started enjoying it again at about chapter 45 but then it was over. I’m not a fan of DNF’ing books so I finished the book but it was grueling. This one just did not catch my interest as much as I wanted it to.

Possessed is a YA novel. It starts out well, but part way through it gets a bit uncomfortable for me. It is a good story for the most part. Characters are well developed, storyline flows well. But it is a bit too realistic in the demons and possession aspect for me.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. All opinions are my own.
