Finally, Monte & Nic got together. These two were best friends and had been since high school. But, they finally realized they had feelings for each other and acted on it.

Friends to Lovers and the heroine is a former stripper?! yes!
Nic and Monte’s build-up over the past two books definitely set the mood for this Friends to Lovers trope! I loved the angst and tension that led up to the concert night! Whew! Monte did his big one! Alexandra wrote that scene. These two were so sweet and I enjoyed every second of their story. This series has been fun, light, and sexy. Also, the updates from the other couples throughout each additional book have been so good to see! Ready for the 4th final book!

Go Best Friend!
I really enjoyed going back to read this book again. Nicole and Monte were both very likable. Their longstanding friendship made the perfect setup for them to explore more. The sexual tension between them was so good. I was happy when they finally acted on their feelings. They seemed destined to be together. Their story was a lot of fun. It was nice to have the other couples from the series pop in, too.

A slow burn friends to lovers💕
Queen Alexandra gave us a slow burn friends to lovers novella and I loved every part of it.
Monte and Nicole did a good job at fighting the feelings they had for each for years, especially Monte who had been in love with Nicole since junior high. They always seemed to miss their moment, until Nicole is displaced from her place due to a fire and is forced to move in with her bestie Monte. Everybody around them knew that they were in lounge with each other but they (like most of us)always chalked it up as them over thinking the situation or the what if "what if this ruins the friendship" or "what if they're not into me as much as I'm into them". I was glad they had that night out to just be and went with the flow of things. Despite the little hiccup they had, they didn't allow it to ruin their moment. These two kept me laughing and the sex😜💦.
Her ex was a trash a** f'boy who didn't deserve her and I'm glad she saw through his bs and didn't allow him back intro her personal space.
I loved that although the book focused on them, we not an update on our other previous couples💕.

This would have to be my favorite out of all three books. This book had a easy flow, great character development and a cute, sexy storyline. Nic and Monte been bestfriends since high school, going through the motions of being in relationships with other people but deep down inside feeling one another but not wanting to ruin their friendship. FRIENDS TO LOVERS
Cheers to another couple in building 402. I loved Nicole and Monte's relationship. Monte is a true friend who stepped up when Nicole found herself displaced. When others had a problem with Nicole's occupation, not once did Monte judge her. After several tug of war moments about their feelings for each other, I was glad they finally came together to reveal their truth. They were that cute couple that everyone in the inner circle was rooting for to finally be together.

Love these series of novellas
An amazing love story with fun and humor and just a awesome friends to lovers read. Nic and Monte do serve all sorts of heat in this book tho! If you haven’t picked up an Alexandra warren book then what are you waiting for? Read this series you won’t regret it.

This 3rd novella in the series was a lovely read as Nicole found how good a friend Monte was to her. I enjoyed reading about their interactions. Nice storyline with good supporting characters and relatable situations

Another Banger!
Can I just start by saying dehydrated Brandi needs to find a new building to frequent? I’m tired of her causing drama. Anyway, Monte and Nic are the cutest. I love their relationship. I also love how no one belittles or demonizes Nic for her past. These two together are definitely a match made in heaven. Side note: Alex’s names for Starla had me laughing out loud! Keep that girl away from the kitchen! LOL

It was you all the time
Montgomery and Nic were the cutest couple of”Best Friends” being best friends since High school they had Convinced themselves that was all there was. Until there was an apartment fire and the two best friends ended up sharing a space together and then with much opposition on their individual part they finale had to admit what everyone else knew all the time.
I enjoyed this Novella as I have the other two books in this series.
I especially enjoy encountering the other residents from building 402 that I’ve met in the previous books. It’s has been an enjoyable read and I’m looking forward to reading book four of this series for another visit to building 402 ☺️

Completely Thrilling
Another love story from building 402. Nicole and Monte had been friends for years ago continued to miss the opportunity to act on romantic feelings they had for beach other since high school. After a fire in her apartment landed her in his door step they could finally take that leap from friends to lovers. After taking the scenic route from friends to lovers once they got there they wasted no time in revealing old feelings. This story was so cute to me. Totally loved your first friends to lovers venture Akexandra, just proves what a master story teller you are. 5 star read. Can't wait for book 4 from building 402.

Monte and Nicole (maybe spoilers)
The story was good, but it did drag. It was short, but it felt long, only cause nothing happened between the duo until the very end. There weren't really any Will they won't they. Even the attraction between kinda seem non-existent. Like, we the readers know they were attraction to one another, but I felt like it wasn't really portrayed in the story. But I love how loyal Monte was. That was evident in the story. I appreciated that. I loved getting little updates on the other couples. I really like Nicole and her confidence. Pretty quick and easy reads. I enjoyed it and I think you all might also.

The full Monte!
Yaaassss! Loved it! Friends to lovers and all that! Really cute and I enjoyed all of the residents popping in and out of the story.
She got the full Monte ok! “Yes, Monte’s dick made me cry. But instead of teasing me about it like he typically would as my friend, he only brushed them away with a heavy thumb before using that same thumb to strum my clit, causing more tears to come out since it all felt so damn good.” Yes girl let him take you down!
I’m sitting up under the hair dryer in the shop smirking and the heat from the sex scene ain’t made the heat no better!

She’s done it again! This story I loved so much because while it’s a novella it wasn’t rushed. The timing was perfect and as always the wit was exceptional. I love the quirks and personality of all her characters that makes me think I’m watching a movie because they are so real. I’m excited to finally hear this story and see where their minds were. I also loved how their parents were so involved and knew from the beginning and just waited on them to get it together.
I can’t wait to finally see what Shayne’s routine is like for her hubby this spring!!

Cuteness!
I really enjoyed this installment. I’m a sucker for a friends to lovers story, so this was right up my alley. Loved that Nicole had an unconventional occupation and that nobody, including her father, gave her grief about it. I thought it was wonderful that Monte was her biggest supporter. And that his mother was taking her class, lol.
Love how full and satisfying these novellas are. The author does a great job of developing the characters and their story in way less than 200 pages. Kudos to her.

Oh, yeah! This friends-to-lovers story was super hot! I was chomping at the bit, eagerly anticipating the moment Nic and Monte would finally risk their friendship and give in to their feelings! They had me worried for while because I was like will they or won't they?! Ms. Warren made sure to draw it out for as long as she could before a reader could have a nervous breakdown! 😂 That text though! 👀 Yessss! It finally got things started the way it should have years ago, and it was sexy as heck!! I absolutely loved this book!😍💖💖

Never second guess yourself
I can't believe it's over! I am so glad they got out of their head and made their move!! I am mad it ended right when they got it together. I loved Nic And Monte sense of humor. I am also glad to read about Shayne and Danny story. What's all the tenants stories are told can we get a couple reunion or something. Building 402 novellas are great reads!! Keep them coming!!

Awemazing
This book was excellent not really surprised that Alexandra came through once again with an amazing friends to lovers storyline which happens to be one of my favorites... I loved Nic and Monte together they just for so well and perfectly and I loved how the other cameos from the other couples showed some progress in their relationships as well definitely an 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 read and can’t wait for book 4

Monte and Nic for the damn win!
I cannot even begin to say how much I love Warren’s writing. Consistently funny, cute and relatable, she gives the same delivery in the 402 series. Monte and Nicole’s story is ab-suh-loot FLAMES and I loved it. This is a friends-to-lovers tale done so right. I literally cannot wait for her to flip these into audiobooks, great narrators would SLAY this series. Definitely recommend, 5 stars all the way.

Shayna and Monte were so adorable and cute. You could see their chemistry a mile away. Montgomery was not your typical man, he was very predictable and afraid of showing his feelings. However, as soon as he get the first chance he divulged everything without a filter. Disliked how long it took them to get together as a couple, it was totally unrealistic; however it worked for the story line.

Whew Nicole and Monte fight the good fight but they were destined to be together. It was so cute. Unfortunately a fire put Nicole out of her apartment but Montgomery stepped up and let her stay with him as a best friend should. Their feelings blossomed and happily ever after.
Alexandra is intertwining these books so perfectly. Can’t wait for the last one.

Alexandra continues to give me life with these novellas that she keeps blessing us with 👏🏽I’ve been waiting for Nic & Monte’s story 😬 definitely worth the wait, I enjoyed those two together. Monte and Nikki
I love the series and each couple that is developed through the building. Monte and Nikki's story was different because they had history and established feelings for each other. Timing and determination mixed with lust was a great recipe. I look forward to the next story.

Nicole and Montgomery
Get together already guys. These two were funny. Their back and forth with each other showed how perfect they were for one another. Nicole, dealing with heartache, and Montgomery trying to navigate his way through bachelorhood made for some crazy times. Seeing the previous couples from the building was great.

Stop Playing Y'all
That was what I've been saying to Nic and Monty all this time. They needed to stop playing, and do the thing already! Friends to lovers is a nice way to go, especially if the couple really cares about one another. Nic having a tragedy and needing a little help from a friend was just the help they needed to move the relationship forward. Yes! 5 stars you all!

Friends before lovers!
Next to the arranged marriage storyline, the best friends before lovers plot device is one of my all-time favorites!! And it's done very well in this novella. I loved Nic and Monte's chemistry as friends, and when they took it further, that was the icing on the cake. This has been a great series thus far, and I look forward to the next installment!

Hot read
Loved Nicole and Monte love story,she knew she been feeling his fine ass and was scared to ruin the friendship.
