This Praxis II Elementary Education study guide is a great tool. It covers the general knowledge for each section of the exam for multiple exams in this field. It is better than creating flashcards.
The book is mostly a review over what one should know by now. And provides examples and some content on each subject of the test that is required.
Like every other test booklet, this one doesn't cover every single thing you need to know for the exam. However, it does gives the student enough content to be prepared. I liked the test example questions/with answers and explanations. It contained full tests for each subject testing area in this field. Plus, an answer key with explanations explaining which one was the correct answer and why and why each of the wrong answers were incorrect.
Overall, I recommend this study for all elementary educators or future students wanting to dive into the field of teaching. The content in this book will help prepare any teacher in any level of teaching.
