This cake baking book is beautiful. The author offers techniques, pointers, pictures of tools needed, and step-by-step instructions for how to create your own magical cakes with characters. The instructions are easy to follow, and there are many pictures included to aid you through the creations. Time consuming? Yes. Beautiful? Definitely. Worth it? I think so.

I cannot say enough about Debbie Brown's work. She is, in my estimation, the best cake decorator I have seen. Her work is fantastic and she really walks you through all the steps you need to recreate her designs. This is my favorite of all of her books.
