I learned so much about spiders from this book, and let me tell you, I had no idea spiders were this cool! I even learned some yucky things I probably could've gone without knowing, like the origin of the "Little Miss Muffet" rhyme (gross)! Either way, this book was SUPER interesting! The illustrations were great and very detailed, which was perfect for this nonfiction book. I also loved the question and answer format, it's a great way to keep students engaged even when the book is as jam-packed with information as this one is. I'm so glad I own this book, as it will definitely be in my classroom library for those students who want to learn more about our arachnid friends.

These Q & A books are great. I learned a great deal about spiders. It is not going to make anyone with Arachnophobia feel any better, but if you have a curious child, this book is highly recommended.

I really enjoyed reading this to my children, it was quite interesting and I learned more about spiders than I thought I would. They're actually cool little critters! We will be more mindful of spiders going forward in this household for sure!

While I am not a fan of spiders, I am not arachnophobic. I just don't like them, especially when they are in my bathroom. But this book was very interesting to read. There was some great and colourful pictures, but I wished they were of actual spiders and not drawings. I also learned quite a bit about spiders I didn't know before.
There was a section where the author compared spiders and insects and the differences between. One thing is that insects have wings, spiders do not. Thank God. Could you imagine flying spiders? *shudders*
