Another book on hedgehogs--my favorite animal. This one takes us from birth through the first year of a baby hedgehog's life, explaining about physical features, gestation, birth, nests, diet, growth charts, & habits. It was very interesting--I love learning about the things I love, especially hedgehogs. They are adorable.

This book follows a hedgehog's life from birth through adulthood. Lots of neat facts are sprinkled throughout the book. Text features are effectively used. At the end of the book, there are suggestions of websites/books for further exploration. There is an index, but it is not very specific.

Adorable! I absolutely love this series. These World Books are great for fun, digestible facts for most age groups. My dog really enjoys falling asleep to these cute little books!
