Oh yea, it would be nice if she could bring down the barrier between Bastion and Gaia.

Ok, I just gobbled up Susan Faw‘s Heart of Bastion (The Heart Of The Citadel, Book Four) in one single mighty binge sitting. My husband is having fun teasing me about it but I don’t care. I got the first book Heart Of Destiny (Heart of the Citadel #1) back in April 2018 & read it & Heart of Tyr (Heart of the Citadel #2) in October of 2018 and then I just lost track of the series until reading Heart of Shadra (Heart of the Citadel, #3) yesterday. My goodness. Such an intense finish. This was such an enthralling read. Lots of action , intense and dramatic. Totally captivating. Brilliant characters that simply take your breath away.
I enjoyed this book so much, I felt I was there right in the middle of the magical land. Experiencing the action first hand.
This is one hell of a series. I’m already gagging for the next and last book.

The author created another Great book in The Series! Characters were well developed, intriguing and full-blooded. This is one of The greatest perks of Ms. Faw books! Kara has an important mission to infiltrate citadel - Easy right? Well, be my guest to do so. There will be few changes in Her mission due to some twists and turns that will happen during The book. This one is A pageturner - it sucked me in from page one!
This is a very strong story with clearly-drawn characters, intricate plot-lines and ** lots ** of action.
I was thoroughly involved in the story before I knew it.
Have your coffee beside your elbow before you relax into your favorite comfy chair.
Enjoy a darned good read.

Another great story about the heart bearers and their quest to save the world from the evil emperor. There is plenty of action and enough twists and turns to keep you interested until the book is over.
I really loved this book! The urgency and intensity of this whole thing is reaching a fever pitch. Kara’s fate as well as that of Chryso and Beryl is a mystery and many things have come together to influence the outcome. I really am looking forward to the next book to find out how this works out!
