This writer has a lot of experience in purchasing and Supply Chain Management I found it detailed and insightful.
There are case studies about Unilever ambitions for a Sustainable living plan over the whole supply chain and Nespresso their ambition to Direct supply from their suppliers rather than going to a Middleman which leaves them with no choice over quality.
The only downside was that there were no answers to questions at the end of the Chapters.
