Finally a heroine I can relate to! Caria is one tough cookie who’s been through hell and back again. After recovering from a gunshot wound on her last mission, Caria has been put on injured reserve by her curmudgeon boss, Gerry. Being reassigned to the basement gym to train new recruits for Trinity, a global intelligence organization, Caria has had enough and wants back in the field. She needs a new mission to help recover from the emotional grief of losing her lover on her last assignment in Be ...more

The second book in the Trinity Missions series does not disappoint. Picking up right after the end of part 1, we find our girl Caria chomping at the bit for a new mission, whilst Gerry stalls her off.
We also see that our Russian is now alive and back in the fold of his old crew trying to dig up information, until he is handed over as a peace offering.

With Gerry concerned about a mystery figure, Caria gets her way and is thrown in to Bolivia, but as usual nothing goes as planned and her insertio

This is the second book in the Trinity missions series by Drea Damara.

If you are anything like me, you may need to read the first book in this series for a lot of the nuances of this book to make complete sense. I always felt like I was a step behind while reading this. All the foreign names threw me off in the beginning. I had a hard time remembering who was who. There came a point where it was down to just Carla and Ivan and after that, the story just flew. I have to admit that I almo

Great spy novel that draws in the reader.

Realistic action and the characters leap of the page.

The story flows around the two main characters, with the supporting characters adding to the believability of the story.

Broken hearted and bullet-ridden, agent Caria Milosc returns to work after the attack that nearly toppled the Trinity intelligence organization. As she digs deeper into her new mission, she uncovers secrets about her boss, leaving her with

This book starts out slow but ends with a bang. About a third of the way in I was getting really bored with all the boo hoo poor me, she doesn't know I'm her father and she'll never forget me and all the other emotional stuff going on but when Caria takes on the mission of retrieval of the russian than everything changes the story becomes tighter, a lot more action and better all the way up to the end. I hope to be able to read the next book if the action is as good. #NoDeathForTheWicked #NetGal ...more

I had a good time reading this espionage story, the writing was really well done as were the characters. The motives felt like they'd be real to the characters.
