Very helpful book for professional musicians who sometimes struggle with some performance anxiety. It gave me several techniques that have helped me to improve the quality of my performances a lot over the past year.

Can't beat Yehudi Menuhin for postural insights... A must read. I mean, why read fun recreational fiction books when you can read symposiums like this???
