This is a great little book for anyone going through loss of any kind, but especially the death of a loved one. I read it following the suicide of a family member. It was very comforting to my husband and me to read the short, but sensitive meditations from the author to help us through our grief.

It describes itself as a ‘book of devotions to comfort you through crisis and change’. It’s a brief book, written like short devotionals, so easy for people to dip in and out. The curation of quotes and verses were nice, but I didn’t gel with her commentary. Not recommended.

I highly recommend this little book to anyone grieving a deep loss. Its little snippets of poetry and meditations brought a lot of comfort to me.
