Good read on diversity in the workplace - discusses both visible and neurodiversity challenges and how to empathize, improve awareness and help others. The examples were helpful in terms of increasing awareness over aggressiveness/agentic and soft-spoken behaviors across races and genders. There was an interesting article about using lego mindstorms over a several week period as a way to build up skills and collaboration in a team environment with a diverse group.

Classic HBR articles subject bounded. Many good point on the diversity issue which should be on many (likely most) organizations agenda.

Some of these are a bit dated now, but still worth reading to understand important diversity research.
