I bought this issue because it has a story by a Romanian author, The Small White by Marian Coman. This is the second time, as far as I know, when a Romanian author is present in an American magazine, the first being Gheorghe SăsărmanSah-Harah (translated by Ursula K. Le Guin) in Lightspeed Magazine (originally published in Squaring the Circle: A Pseudotreatise of Urbogony Fantastic Tales).
