Very condescending to actual real estate admin. Oh sure he says they are the backbone of real estate, but then over and over is very dismissive of actual real estate administrative assistants. I hate how he puts the burden of holding agents accountable to sticking to agent work on the shoulders of the admin. Whatever, agents are grown-ass adults who can police themselves. Don't let the comparatively poorly paid administrative assistants take that heat because agents don't like doing their own job and their DiSC profile behaviors evidently make them super procrastinators. Also the fork-tongued remark about assistants not asking too many questions of their agents because there are not any deep philosophical questions at stake. This guy...what an arrogant jerk.
