Diana Sumpter, Entrepreneur, International motivational speaker and Independent Mary Kay National Sales Director brings more than 32 years of experience leading and mentoring thousands of women across the globe. Her mission is equipping women to erase and replace their unhealthy labels so they can step from a life of excuses into a life of excellence.

As an International Motivational Speaker, she has taught business and life skills in both the United Kingdom and Prague, Czech Republic. Drawing from 35-year marriage, her 8-year active duty Air Force Career as a communications specialist and her multi-million dollar business she teaches how to have a very successful career without sacrificing priorities.

Diana also works with churches to train and motivate high level volunteers with her IGNITE program. A program she designed to create a WOW experience while encouraging, equipping and energizing volunteer teams.
