This cookbook was a wedding gift in 1985. It contains a large number of reasonably tasty recipes which take very little skill or time to prepare. It was great help for two people who were fairly inexperienced cooks. While Libby moved on to other cook books as skills (and taste) developed, there are several recipes from this book that wa still make, though often the spices have been tweaked to make them more flavorful. Now that I am regularly cooking again, I find myself pulling this cookbook off the shelf as I rebuild my skills.

This was a yard sale find for me.... it has some good recipes in it. However, they are from the 1980's and don't "count" everything the way I've gotten used to it being accounted for but that's ok. There are some recipes I have tried in the past and forgotten about and the visit down memory lane was nice.
