به سرم زده دوباره تایچی شروع کنم و این سری ادامه بدم، کتابه خیلی قشنگ هر فرم رو کشیده و توضیح داده با جهت فلش مسیر حرکتی که باید داشته باشی تا به فرم بعدی برسی رو هم گفته.
ولی حتما همراهی با ویدیو میخواد، بخصوص از فرم نهم به بعد.

A great reference for students learning the Beijing 24 Forms Tai Chi. I would recommend using in conjunction with in-person learning.
