Insightful and encouraging for anyone interested in Intermittent fasting.

As an Intermittent Faster I understand most of the rules, but may not always understand all of the mechanics. This book explained so much to me about what the plan does and how we should be in touch with our own inner workings! An enjoyable read and encouragement for me to continue on my own journey!

I am learning about IF and found the book helpful


I enjoyed the book. Reading everything I can find about I F. I plan to follow this style of eating the rest of my life as there is no reason to go off the plan as you can eat what you want to. It's all about the timing of when to eat. So far I am 12 lbs. in 5 weeks which is great for me.

This book was extremely informative and a quick read.

This book was definitely worth the money and maybe even a bargain. There were many great tips and there was also great motivation in achieving my goals for IF. Hats off to the author.

simple and straightforward

I really liked the author’s approach to the topic. She breaks down tougher concepts into manageable bullets.

I’m a physician interested in IF and I will recommend her book to my patients.

So motivating!

Great book for anyone overwhelmed with intermittent fasting. Quick read and helpful with ideas for foods you can eat (instead of just another list of cants).
