I voluntarily read and reviewed an copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Thanks to the author for providing a copy of this book.

What a good suspense story! It was my second book in this series from this author and will look forward for more! I swear!!

Great MCs SCs, plot, writing style, what wouldn't you like?
Although this is book number four in series, you can read as standalone.
It's romantic suspense, with a twist in the end.
I don't give it 5 stars because I don't like miscom

I love Claire Boston’s books and this final book in the Blackbridge romantic suspense series did not disappoint. The main characters, Lincoln, the stalwart police sergeant, and Kit, the strong, feisty farmer, both appeared in the first three books of the series, but this is their story. Characters from earlier titles, including the other musketeers, also play a part in the story. Mysteries that arose in the previous titles are finally resolved this time around, but even though some of the story ...more

I was privileged to receive an advance copy of this book for review

Nothing to Lose is the 4th book in the Blackridge Series and each book just keeps getting better. This book focuses on Kit van Ross, the "4th Muskateer". Kit is an independent woman who has taken over the family dairy farm and loves what she does even if it's not the most feminine of careers - not that her long time protector police Sgt. Lincoln Zanetti seems to mind. Although both Kit and Lincoln have hung out in the same circle

This book takes you on a scintillating, fast paced, hot, roller coaster ride. There are twists and turns in the story. There is drama, suspense, danger and a second chance romance. The beginning of the story has you hitting the ground running. We are introduced to a murder. From there two plots emerge. One is the hunt for the murderer and the second is the romance between Kit and Lincoln. As the murder plot emerges there are many complications and few suspects. At the same time the romance betwe ...more

I loved the other books in this series so it’s no surprise I loved this one too. Claire Boston gives us a modern day heroine in a rural setting, a young woman who works hard, parties hard and knows what she wants - except when it comes to the man she doesn’t want to admit into her life, Lincoln Zanetti. For me, Lincoln was probably the best thing about the book. He’s a beautiful balance of sexy and compassionate. We all need more Lincolns in our lives.

I briefly attempted to read another book, but then realized I had to go back to Blackbridge and finish the series. It still amazes me how so many bad things can happen to a small group of friends, but I’m glad to see a resolution! I like seeing kit in Lincoln’s relationship. It’s my second favorite, next to Hannah and Ryan. A fun read and a fun, light series to end the year!

Claire Boston has loved dragons, magic and everything fantastical since she read The Enchanted Wood by Enid Blyton. As a child she used to sneak to the bottom of the garden in the hope of finding fairies. Alas she never found any, so she brought them alive in her own imagination. As she grew older, she fell in love with romance and romantic suspense when she discovered her mother’s stash of Nora R ...more
