the effort it takes to be able to comprehend what is being said is too much. didn't realise i would have to analyse each paragraph like an english essay just to be met with disappointment when it's silly parsons going on about nothing again
crime and deviance section go brrr i guess. there’s fuck all on the religion topic though which is why my sixth form switched from this textbook to another one. there’s way too much to read and it hurts my brain but i’ll give it an extra star because at least it tried but i’m still failing the course 😍
when class notes fail this book is perfect. written byvthe exam board, it includes everything that could possibly appear. Great book for sociology students.
Life saver!!!! When u hav a crap teacher or just lazy in lessons use this for everything!! But remember to put in more modern exaples like riots etc c a little outdated!!
Really useful especially if you're unsure about some things. I wouldn't try to memorise it though as it is too much information you're better off taking notes from it and memorising that.
