Wow! This book was written in the 90's yet it has loads of info about things that seem to be coming to light only now (or at least popular enough to be accessible). I learned so much for such a short book & the recipies are wonderful. I was reading a copy I had borrowed from a friend, but quickly returned it & bought my own. I was taking so many notes it was a waste of time not to purchase it.
