This is a wonderful collection of stories that hits every emotion and left me wanting more. The stories are varied, some are not so happy, others sweet and fun, basically all are different and great stories to read. I hesitate to say too much about any of the stories specifically, I don’t want to spoil them. I will say that I lost myself in the pages of this book losing all track of time.

Samantha A Cole

Wow, this was so unexpected., Samantha has given us glimpses into so many genres that will without a doubt conjure up emotions and deal head on with lives we’ve never seen, people we’ve never met. Some will make you laugh, others a blubbering fool and or course super hot chemistry that Samantha is known for. Below are small thoughts for each moments captured. A little deep for a Christmas read, but when I had the opportunity to start I couldn’t ignore

A refreshing change from the norm, the very short stories are a mix of sad, cute and inspirational, some are very deep. They open your eyes in some ways to how law enforcement or military serving their countries must feel, often putting their lives on the line for us, the risks and worry of leaving family behind. I really enjoyed reading them from the perspective of the person telling the story. Two fabulous slightly longer stories complete the book, both are interesting, hot and steamy reads. A ...more

New short stories and an old favorite, Stoke the Flames from one of my favorite authors. Samantha's writing is so special and you will find yourself going through so many emotions but still thanking her for wringing them out of you as you laugh and cry. The book is a quick and easy read and due to the format of different books, you can pick and choose which ones you want to read and in whatever order you choose.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest and totally voluntary review.

There are short stories you read that once you close the book you never think about again. And then you get a hold of this collection and it blows you away. Between the soldiers last thoughts, life through the eyes of our four legged friend and the memories lost within our own minds, this was an emotional overload. Matched together with uplifting words and a beautiful and awe inspiring poem this collection is one I will remember for a very long time. 5 stars are not enough!!

This book is a departure from the usual romantic suspense fare that is Samantha A. Cole however, each piece is packed with emotion and compels the attention forward. Like an all-you-can-eat buffet, this work has a little something for everyone! Bring your kleenex and your snuggle buddies and settle in for a great journey! Yet another must read from Samantha A. Cole!

Flat characters and rushed plots equals for a very bad read. This book has none of that. The stories were short enough to finish in one sitting, but the treasure I took away from them lasted a lot longer.

A collection of short stories, sweet and lovely stories and stories I had to think about. Some stories for me were hard in transition going from happy to harsh but that’s what life is about. I do challenge everybody to read this book..

A good collection

No plot spoilers (too many stories to do that)
No potential triggers.
I don't usually purchase short stories, I find it bugs me too much when a good one ends abruptly. However, as a fan of Samantha Cole I couldn't pass this one up. The collection is eclectic, my moods swinging from utter sadness to wide grins as I read each story, and that's what a collection of short stories is supposed to do, instill an emotional response based on few words, making that connection that makes the

From the imaginative mind of Samantha Cole comes this marvelous collection of vignettes and short stories that depict everyday people. I smiled, grinbed and laughed outright. I also teared up and ugly cried. The poignancy of two of these tales was heartwrenching and the sweet romantic tales were uplifting. Do yourself a favor, buy this, read this and rejoice in our humanity
