Melodie March is a dreamer and a lover of nature who grew up in New England and adores the tiny town she was born in. When she isn't writing, she is drinking tea on her porch or volunteering at her local animal shelter. She could never pick a favorite holiday, but every winter, she's the first to start decorating her old farmhouse. She lives in Vermont on her very own Pine Street with her husband and rescue yellow labs, Honey and Lemon!
First, I would like to thank Melodie March for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review.
Melodie March instantly piqued my interest with her latest novel titled Love and Expresso. Who doesn’t love coffee and a good love story?! This is the third book in the Wintervale Promises Series. However, If you had not read the other books in the series no problem. You can read this as a standalone as I did. It was easy to follow the storyline and the characters.
Kudos to the Graphic Designer who did the cover of this book as they captured the essence of the book I got the sensation I was looking at Tate and Molly in Wintervale.
I had to smile when I saw the character’s name Brady in the book. Brady is the name of my nephew and it is rare you see that name used in a book.
Not to mention the name of the coffee shop Bean There, Done had me smiling from ear to ear. Such creativity Melodie March has.
As I was reading this book I kept thinking this would be so perfect for a Hallmark Channel Movie right around Valentine’s Day. This is such a sweet story set in a cute little town of Wintervale.
The character Tate lives in New York (as I live In Buffalo, NY) and we are used to bad snowy winters. We may not like it but we deal with it. So, when he goes to Wintervale in February it is comical to me when the towns people comment that NOBODY comes here in bad winter weather.
Melodie gave her readers two special treats at the end of her book. She gave us two recipe’s that she talked about in the book. The first one was the Hot Cocoa Recipe and the second one was Molly’s Homemade Coffee Cake.
This was really sweet with a sassy heroine, which I always love. Very slow burn on the romance, and very G-rated, but all the characters were very lovable. Hero was sweet and not super alpha, which was a nice twist. I did not read the first two books in the series first, but that was no problem!
*I have received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
Overall, this novel was a great cute book to fill up a nice book hangover. There were tons of cuteness and sweetness in this novel. The chemistry between the hero and heroine was really good. I really liked seeing the spark between them and couldn't wait for them to finally go at it. In addition, the writing is really good in the novel. There was great showing and it was engaging. The author did a great job conveying the characters feelings through the novel. The only reason I am giving this book four stars instead of five is because the ending was somewhat rushed. I felt that things escalated too quickly without giving the characters the deserved ending.
What a great little read. This is book three of the Wintervale series but can be read as a stand alone. I have not read the other two books, but I plan on going back to read the others since I loved this one so much.
Loved Tate and Molly. What a cute pair. The road to happiness for this pair was for sure not easy, but well worth the ride. Cute story line, easy to enjoy characters, good descriptions to details, and easy to follow dialogue.
All in all, a great read for a lazy afternoon.

Molly owns the only coffee shop in quaint little Wintervale. It keeps her busy, but happy. One day an interesting stranger comes to town, Tate, but soon it becomes clear that there is more to him than his good looks. He is the CEO of a large Coffeeshop chain, and it is said ruthless to his competition. Tate is nominaly the head of the company, but his father's lackey. But this time he finds a reason to fight against his father's wishes. A good story, well-written and fun to read, with lots of funny scenes in it. Highly entertaining. Molly and Tate are an unconventional and enchanting couple. Their meeting under the circumstances of Tate bringing his big coffee chain to wintervale and putting Molly out of business seemed like they would be enemies for life, but their story had surprising and inticing twists that kept me glued to the story. I loved the town of wintervale and its collection of unusual and lovable residents, I hope to read nore about them. A heartwarming story of love, loyalty and coffee, I will definitely be looking for more from this author.
I started off reading book 4 of Winterville Promises, then book 2 but didn’t remember Molly having someone. I’m sure it was mentioned but the series doesn’t completely concentrate fully on the other residents. It’s mostly independent from the other series.
Anyway, I was super excited to read this book. Tate being a guy who didn’t want to be in his family business. He goes to Winterville expecting to bring his business into the little town but Molly brings her A game. It’s amazing and can’t wait to keep continuing with the series!
I enjoyed reading this cute, clean story. I like Molly because she is independent and feisty. I like Tate too, he just needs to be more independent. Although these two appear to be on opposites sides, they actually have some common ground with "family" drama. Molly and her best friend are hilarious which adds comedy to this battle of the coffee grinds, lol. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation from the author.
I love reading "sweet romances", all of the storytelling, with a pg rating! This is the third book in a series, but works well as a stand alone. I have not read any of the others in the series, but I will be checking them out. I really enjoyed this small town romance set in Vermont. The characters are likable and the conflict of big stores moving into small towns is very relate-able.

This book was like a Hallmark Classic, sweet, uncomplicated, low on the A-rated romance and utterly lovable.
A beautiful book with very homely unassuming characters, a sassy heroine that you will instantly fall in love with. For the times when you're looking for mood uplifting, simple read this is THE BOOK to read.

A drama filled romance. That takes a sweet side halfway through. A clean romance book on top of it too. Plus bonus content at the end that you might enough making sometime soon. Tate is on a mission sent down from his father.... Get Wintervale at whatever the cost. So they can set up another coffee shop. Only he didn't know he would run into a fiesty woman who owns the only coffee shop in town. Will he be able to pull off the deal?
3.5 stars...this was really cute. I didnt love the writing...but I did love the story. I think this could be made into a movie and it would be absolutely adorable with the right actors. Even though the writing wasnt my favorite...I actually think this story will stick with me for a while. Very cute and CLEAN romance ...which is not usually my thing as I prefer some steam...or a lot of steam...in my romances...but it was very cute.
This is book three of the Wintervale series but can be read as a stand alone. Molly and Tate were great together and I loved how the story progressed. I loved this book so much I will definitely go back and read the others..

Melodie March created another story with Molly and Tate. The quirky, quaint little town of Winterwale and its people's was like reading a Hallmark movie.

This was a sweet story that I enjoyed reading. I thought that the characters were well matched. I liked that Molly challenged Tate a little bit. I like that it wasn't all sunshine and roses to. I liked this book better than the first one I read by this author. I am sure I will read other books by her.
