The eagerly-anticipated sequel to Tom Fletcher's bestselling magical adventure, The Christmasaurus.

'She is the best-kept Christmas secret of all,' whispered Santa Claus. 'Which is surprising, because she is so powerful that Christmas itself would not exist without her. She is older than time itself, yet still as young as tomorrow. She is known only as the Winter Witch.'

An absolutely outstanding sequel to the Christmasaurus. I can't wait to read it again next year.

Very cute, but for some reason I wasn’t as interested in this story as the first book. The Christmasaurus is adorable though, tbh all the characters and the little drawings are amazing!

When I heard about a sequel to The Christmasaurus I couldn't wait to read it and it didn't disappoint! The Christmasaurus and the Winter Witch is about the adventures William and Brenda have as they try to save Christmas as we know it and find the winter witch.

Although I am not the target audience I love this book. It is full of magic, creativity and imagination that left me not wanting to put the book down. The story has a good balance of heart and humour but still has messages for children to

The Christmasaurus was one of my favourite reads for the year of 2016. I was sad but also satisfied that it was a stand alone book that I could revisit every festive season. So when I heard that in fact there was going to be a sequel, I was a mixture of overwhelmed and excited.

This time I enjoyed the continuation by listening to the audiobook narrated by Paul Shelly. It was truly delightful and I couldn't imagine anyone else telling the story. It felt like getting a giant warm Christmas hug for

It's been a few years since the release of the first Christmasaurus book and I was really excited to get my hands on this sequel. And I'm pleased to say that I was really not disappointed. This second instalment has just as much heart as the original, filled with adventure and Christmas cheer.

While the novel contains everything that everyone loves about the holidays - from flying reindeer to festive jumpers - I really love the unique spin that Fletcher puts on this. In this novel, he further

I read the Christmasaurus immediately before picking up the sequel, I absolutely adored the first book so I just knew that I would love the second one just as much. It did not disappoint met. I actually loved that this books was slightly more complex and gave me more to think about.

Although I am not the target audience from this book I feel that as an adult you can still really find enjoyment from reading this series. I love how creative this book is, and how as a reader you are taken back to

This was a really fun Christmas story. I really liked it and it was a good addition to the Christmasaurus story.

I really liked how the characters became more developed throughout this book, and how we really got to see them grow as people and gave new challenges.

I also really liked the family dynamic explored in this book. It was a really awesome representation of a family and shows how there is no cookie cutter mould for family, which I really liked.

I also quite liked the exploration through

I LOVED IT.

I don't normally read books in 24 hours but this is one book i don't mind reading in 24 hours.

This is a fantastic story and the illustrations are beautiful.

If you liked the 1st book you will love this one.

A fantastic book for children of all ages. It is just crying out to be made into an animated feature film (after the original Christmasaurus book that is!) PLEASE Tom! From a Christmas-loving child-at-heart 52 year old! xxx

As with its predecessor, this is full of fun, festive loveliness. It touches on some good themes without ever distracting from the magic or adventure of the narrative.

- Tom Fletcher is a freaking genius and I'm not just saying that because I've been a McFly fan since I was a child.

I read this with my eldest alongside reading The Christmasaurus with my youngest. It was a good refresher as some things that happened in #1 are mentioned in this!

As I expected there was a whole lot of fun and Christmas spirit in this - even when someone tries to take it away! There's a bit of twist too that I didn't see coming!

Yet again the illustrations are beautiful and eldest really enjoyed taking his time to look at them.

Another really enjoyable, fun read from Tom Fletcher.

After my rave review of the first book, this sequel was pre-ordered months before it was released.
Imagine my surprise then, when half-way through this one I was almost at the point of giving up...and I rarely give up on a book once I've started it.
At first, I couldn't work out what the problem was. The imagination of the tale was beyond belief, the characters as loveable but the story felt random, odd, and I felt strangely disconnected.
And then I hit upon

Christmas, a Dinosaur, William, Brenda, Mr. Trundle, Pamela, Santa, and the Winter Witch. What more could you ask for in a book? I absolutely loved this this sequel. It took off from where the first one left off and I’m so glad we were able to see what happened with the characters. I enjoyed being submerged back into the world with the Christmasaurus. It felt like coming home even though I’ve never left.

I really didn’t think this would have even come close to comparing with the first book. I

This has everything a young and adventurous mind would want to read about this Christmas!

The story follows William Trundle and his stepsister Brenda as they endeavour to save the very existence of Christmas! I particularly enjoyed the sibling dynamics between the two, as well as the inclusion of a blended family in its infancy, as they begin to bring two different sets of traditions together over the holiday season.

Woven throughout the story were also some deeper thematic elements – for example,

I thoroughly enjoyed the second book of William Trundle and the Christmasaurus.
Another well written and lovely story by Tom Fletcher. I really enjoy his writing styla and how he interacts with the reader through out the book. As a McFly fan from the start, I can really hear Tom as I read through the book.
I also had the audio book, as I was busy doing other bits and bobs, but wanted to finish the book before New Year, I must say the quality of the audio book is really good. I enjoyed the style it

The Christmasaurus was wonderful book mixing the children's magic of christmas with dinosaurs, two things kids love. This, the second book in the series doesn't let the magic go, if anything this is a better story. Tom Fletcher manages to weave a complicated story about magic and time travel and yet still make it suitable for children and the illustrations make it even more gorgeous. This series has the potential to be made into a movie and become some of the best love Christmas characters in ...more

We are back with William, the Christmasaurus and Santa! With some other characters as well. This was so magical, in this story we meet the winter witch who can freeze time so Santa can deliver his presents on christmas eve. But, when William sees what is to come in the future can he save christmas for the rest of the town?
Tom's writing is just great, he really gets you sucked into the story. There was a great twist at the end and I can't wait to see if there are going to be any more adventures

Another brilliantly magical story, great for young and old to read and make you all tingly and happy inside, as these books bring a rare kind of joy to your soul as you read them.

Again, beautiful, gorgeous illustrations that bring the story to life even more vividly than just the words can do. I love them!

I'd def. recommend the Christmasaurus books to anyone (no matter their fave genre to read, anyone can and will probably love these stories as they're just so Feel Good).

A wonderful second instalment where we visit William et al for another adventure to save Christmas. This was fun and amusing with fabulous illustrations yet again. There was a moral to this one, which as an adult I struggle with but for the kiddies is great.
Recommended for small kids and big kids.
