Spiritual book about the power of living in the present moment. No attachments from the past and no worries about the future.

This book presented some interesting and new concepts I haven’t come across before. Some of the teachings are similar to Seth and Abraham. I will have to look further into Ramtha’s teachings to see how I feel about it overall, however, there were plenty of nuggets of wisdom for such a short book. I reread it shortly after finishing it so I could highlight those nuggets.
