A fun, smexy listen / read! Holly starts out by having a horrible day. It takes a couple of weeks but when she finds her footing, she REALLY finds her footing.
I love how she handled future interactions with Malcolm and commended the restraint shown. When it comes to Brody's ex, that interaction was also unexpected but showed that she'd be a better person than me... if she were really, of course.
As for Lincoln, Donovan, and Brody? I love how they took things in stride the whole time. They are each sweet and hot and any girl would be lucky to have even one of them. How they steam the room up is magical. *sigh* 🍆🍆🍆🔥🔥🔥🔥🌟🌟💥🎉💚💚💚💚
I liked Wendy Endicott, the narrator, but there were a few times that she overdid the theatrics. Overall, she did a good job.
Since 2020 has been a complete shit show, let's just put up all our Christmas decorations and call it a year.
Unwrapping Holly was definitely something that I needed to dive into. There's just something about the holidays that puts me in a good mood. It honestly doesn't even have to be Christmas.. it could be a Halloween themed book or maybe even Flag day. If it has a dash of RH in it, then I'm sold.
In it, you will meet Holly. Now this poor girl gets dumped on the day that she gets passed over for a promotion. I'd feel bad for the girl if I didn't already hate her ex boyfriend so freaking much. Ugh, Malcolm was a complete douche canoe and I hope he gets all the STD's known to man. Maybe even some new ones that will intrigue scientists. Then I want his dick to fall off because holy crap - I hate him.
That being said, him leaving was the BEST thing for Holly. Heck she met so many guys in her life that already had a crush on her. Which I mean.. why shouldn't they? She was a hot ass commodity and I was all for the RH in this book. Each guy just made everything a bit better. They genuinely cared for one another and ugh, I was beyond jealous that they got snowed in while at a beautiful cabin.
Living my dream.
In the end, this was really cute. I totally called how it was going to end though and that makes me very happy.
Unwrapping Holly is almost perfect for what it is -- a fluffy Christmas-themed reverse harem romance. If Hallmark made reverse harem movies, this would totally be a Hallmark movie. It's adorable and sweet. There's minimal conflict, but that's okay, because it's about the characters.
Accountant/personal shopper Holly loses her promotion, her car, and her boyfriend on the same day. However, if she'd known that three hot guys were crushing on her and holding off because she had a boyfriend, she might have dumped the jerk long before he broke up with her.
First there's Brody, her motorcycle riding college classmate who saved her from a purse snatcher. Then there's Donovan, her health nut personal trainer who's saving up to open his own gym. Finally, her long-time personal shopping client, wealthy CEO Lincoln, who's always generous with his family and friends. All of them ask her out in the same weekend, and she says yes, because she's single, and doesn't know what's going to happen... until she falls for all three. As the guys share their relationships with Holly, they all become a kind of big, happy, polyandrous family, and it's adorably sweet.
As with all of Krista Wolf's books, this was cute and hot and had a ton of steamy scenes. This centers around Christmas time and kind of got me in the spirit, even though it's not even close to the holidays.
I liked our main character Holly, she's pretty nice and sweet and deserves a man (or men) to treat her well. The guys are also great and have enough personality differences that they were easy to keep straight and i enjoyed their relationships.
The plot was a bit lighter than I hoped for, with little drama and the beginning was a bit rough. Once they all got together it clicked more for me and I enjoyed the wrap up at the end.
Me encanta un monton ¡¡es un libro muy bello!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Unwrapping Holly is a fantastic book about Holly and how she falls for three men. The book starts with a terrible day for Holly-not getting a promotion, her boyfriend breaking up with her and taking back her car. The story gets much, much better for her from there. The chemistry in this book is totally on fire. I loved getting to know the characters and how unique from each other they were. This story stayed with me after I read it, so much that I went and bought another book by this author. If you’re into reverse harem, I would definitely read this book. It not only has intense chemistry, but a great storyline and characters.
Holly 's boyfriend breaks up with her and takes back her car making it a bad day right along with her not getting promoted. When she goes to the gym she lets Donovan know that she's going to have to cut their sessions because of money but he an offer to keep her instead. If she'll be his personal shopper for free he'll train her for free. He also asks her out once he learns that she's single. Then on her way to class she runs into Brody a fellow class mate and Brody asks her ask out. Her date with Donovan goes well and they end up in bed. The next day she is out with Lincoln doing his shopping and things get heated in his office and they have sex. On her date with Brody they have an amazing time and end up together at the end of the night. Holly has a dilemma she likes all three men but she feels bad about them not knowing what's going on so she sets up meets with them to talk. Can the guys deal with sharing her? Will jealousy end their relationship?
This is an amazing story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between all of them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Not a lot of writers can really pull off a well-written reverse harem, but when Krista Wolf gets it right, she really gets it right. Most reverse harem writers fall into one of two traps: they make it all about sex, and more often than not just rely on the number of partners to make it sexy (which doesn't work), or they write too much plot and don't dedicate enough time to relationship building so that the sex feels random and out of place (which doesn't work either). Krista Wolf's strength is that she doesn't forget about the romance in her erotica. She knows that it's really the relationships that make a reverse harem work.
This book centers around Holly, who is a really great heroine. She's smart, she's fun, and she's not afraid to go for what she wants. I really love when Wolf writes heroines like this. Holly doesn't need to be rescued, she doesn't need a man - she's a complete person on her own, and her relationships just complement her life.
Now, this book departs a bit from the Wolf's typical reverse harems in that the guys aren't already a threesome looking for a girlfriend to share. Donovan, Brody, and Lincoln don't meet until after Holly begins dating them, and then they agree to sharing her. I admit that I was a bit worried about how this would work. I've read a few Cassie Cole books, and she often has her heroine with one or two characters before including the others, and it too often feels like cheating to me with the way it happens. However, Wolf handled this flawlessly. Holly dates each man during the same weekend for the first time, and immediately comes clean and explains her dilemma about liking them all. I didn't feel any cheater vibes at all.
Overall, I think the story was done really well. There's an actual plot between all the smut, with little side stories happening for each character, but the focus is always on the MCs' relationship. The characters all feel well-thought-out and the relationships feel like they progress naturally through the story.
I don't think this was as steamy as The Christmas Toy, but I do think the relationships were done better, so it feels a bit more "real". If you need strong relationships in your smut, this would be a good one to try.
This book was terrible. Like a car crash that you can’t look away from as you slowly inch by. And yet, I enjoyed every second of it. The writing was…. Interesting. Different than my usual style. It felt.. older? If that makes sense. Recently written books have a style all their own, and older smut books have a different feel. And this had that feel, even though it’s only 6 years old.
The plot was good, which is what kept me around. The day Holly finds out she didn’t get a much sought-after promotion, her long-term boyfriend breaks things off in a harsh way. A few weeks after the break-up, Holly gets a date with a client of her side-hustle (personal shopping). Before she can even go on the date with him, she somehow lines up two more dates. Both dates go really well, and she ends up hooking up with both guys, then goes on her original date and hooks up with him, too. All within a span of three days. She doesn’t know what to do, so she gets all three guys together to explain that she likes them all and lets them decide the next course of action. The men decide to continue dating her. None of them are jealous of each other. Single dates turn into double dates and double dates turn into triple dates and eventually they’re all together. There is no sword crossing, however. It was a Christmas-ish novel and while the spicy scenes were written terribly, I did end up finishing the book.
I read and listened to the book. The narrator was… awful. I’m sorry. She sounded in her 40’s and the character was 23. There were multiple POVs for this book, but only one female narrator. She did a decent job with the men - that can be the hardest part, I could tell which man was narrating by her voice after a while. But it was very robotic and not very sexy. The book had a lot of moaning, and she really didn’t do it very well. I actually laughed out loud at most of the spicy scenes because it was just so terrible. She didn’t feel entirely comfortable with her role as a moaning narrator.

I was granted an ARC of Krista Wolf's "Unwrapping Holly - A Holiday Reverse Harem Romance" via Booksprout; I recommend this book to others based upon its own merits. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given! Until next time... Happy Reading!
Honestly, better than most reverse harems I've read so far.
All of the leads are nice, caring, and respectful. Relationships in these books usually start with three friends already used to the dynamic that find a girl willing to participate, but Wolf decided to go the unconventional way and make the female lead enter (kinda) relationships with the three men first, quickly coming clean so it doesn't turn into cheating, and all of them agree to share.
I liked how the men built a friendship on their own. It made their situation seem more realistic and durable. They were fun together and cute with Holly, even if we didn't get that many moments like that.
But, as in all of Krista Wolf's books I have read so far, the book lacks a lot when it comes to proper conflict, having an underwhelming 3rd act that leaves you wondering if that's really how the book is going to end. I don't mean to say that every romance book has to have its leads breaking up in the 3rd act just to get back together in the last 10%, but every book should have SOMETHING happening, not just things being mentioned in passing that are solved off-screen or very quickly and that don't shake the status quo at all.
The sex scenes got boring very quickly, but nothing outrageous happened. There was a severe lack of 3-on-1 action and more than one 1-on-1 scene. But at least no one was having their IUDs ripped out of them or lollipops in their privates, so I won't complain much.
You won't get angry while reading this book, but you'll probably won't feel much else either. Worth the read if you want some Christmas heat, I guess.
And if you have any good reverse harem book recommendations, please tell me. I see potential in the genre but I keep being disappointed.
Holly is a woman with enough luck to make me envy her a little bit. She not only is able to have a job that she's good at. She's also able to stand up for herself and, if that wasn't enough, she can also keep up with three boyfriends at the same time. Not enough? She managed to make the three of them OK with her dating all of them at the same time.
The premise of the book was enough to lure me into it. I couldn't put it down after I began reading it. I can also admit that since it was Krista Wolf's book I was not intending of stopping my reading until the very end because I usually enjoy her books a lot. I wasn't mistaken with this one.
The world is set in a very contemporary timeline and I'm glad because it makes it a little bit more relatable and even realistic, to a point. What I mean is that I could see it happening and didn't seem too far fetched or incredible, and that's how I like my menages.
Writing is something that I don't usually take into consideration much. I've said so as much in other reviews in the past but I have to note that I didn't find any grammar mistake or anything of the sorts. The words were very simple but used in a way that conveys the message without a doubt. I'm happy with how the author expresses things and describes scenes. It gets to me in a good way.
I would recommend this book to those that love a good holiday story but also those that love menage where the men are open minded and love the heroine enough to set aside any possible problem between them.

Holly's boyfriend breaks up with her the same day she doesn't get a promotion at work. That saddens her, because she thought he was going to ask her to live with him, after two years of relationship. Two weeks later, she was relieved not to be with him, because he controlled everything. Even her personal trainer tells her so, and she wonders why she didn't see him before.
Now that she is single again, three different men want to go out with her, and she accepts, every day with one. Who will she choose? Does she have to?
I loved Holly. She is determined, she knows what she wants, but she only begins to realize it when her ex leaves her. She didn't want to deceive anyone, or hurt them, so she told them the truth, and she was surprised when they told her to go out with the three of them. She didn't expect it, nor did she expect to fall in love with them, but now she can't see life any other way, without having them by her side.
I loved Lincoln, Donovan and Brody. They are different, but also very similar. The three of them wanted to be with Holly, they didn't mind if she went out with the others. They valued her sincerity. And, once they started spending time together, they didn't see each other as rivals. They became friends and knew they only wanted one thing, Holly in their lives, forever.
I recommend it.
I received an ARC from the author, and this is my honest review.
A great read for Christmas. So I enjoyed the majority of this book. Great characters that I loved getting to know better, I loved all 3 of Hollys men, they were all so different but all so likable loveable dog whom all adored Holly and became close friends and were all in for making an unusual situation work for them. I was not a fan of her ex, I didn't believe the character like I did the rest I felt the closure was missing, I was a bit disappointed that when she left her job she didn't go in and quit, I think the story would have fit her doing that especially as her ex told the bosses not to promote her. A bit of drama would have been a great addition, I also was expecting drama with Brodys ex who was stalking Holly so again disappointed that she literally walked and chatted and All was forgotten. Then the huge amount of money stolen from Lincoln's firm could have been great but again it was brushed under the carpet, he told Holly woman cried when he sacked her the end, police would have been involved etc... over such a huge fraud. All in all the sex and relationship side of the book was perfect but the issues brought up were all disappointing and unfinished. 3.5stars
What a great holiday story! As the holidays approach Holly is thinking everything is a-ok but then disaster strikes one day and she is left feeling very low for the holidays. Holly loses a promotion at work, her boyfriend and her car all in one day. But she also finds her inner 'new Holly'. That is until what she believes initially is a stranger that rescues her purse and asks her on date. She returns to the gym and her trainer asks her out on a date. AND, Holly is a personal shopper on the side for a few clients, one of her favorites wants to get together to share gift ideas and lunch! Is it date or just business??? After an amazing weekend and left pleasantly exhausted Holly believes she needs to pick one but how? After a coffee date with them all at once, she explains the predicament she has gotten herself into and has no way to get out of. This is a great story with some and steamy characters that will leave you will a smile on your face. For which reason you want to wear that smile is up to you! :) I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an ARC from BookSprout.
I really enjoyed how this story was approached by the author Krista Wolf. You usually find these reverse harem stories with the men already having a working relationship even if they have never shared a woman, but in this one the three men involved do not have a working relationship amongst them. This could have meant a lot of drama and angst, in particular for the main character Holly. Instead Holly used honesty with all three men, telling them she liked them all and could not chose between them and would rather walk away from all three. Her honest approach really worked. It made the story more about learning each other and falling in love instead of having to read a bunch of alpha men drama. I really enjoyed this making the story work so much better from an entertainment standpoint. Well done, well written, great characters, fantastic story. If you enjoy reverse harem stories this I think you will find this one a step above most.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Holly, Brody, Donovan, and Lincoln. Holly is having the worst luck first she doesn't get the promotion she was up for. Then her boyfriend not only dumps her but takes back the car he gave her for her birthday. Oh ya the car she was paying for none the less and does this all right before Christmas. Holly has always prided herself on her morals that comes with her clients so when not one but three of her clients ask her out, she doesn't know what to do. Holly is sick of life kicking her down. So when these three want to show her all she is missing can she really pass? Can they all find a HEA or will Holly's luck spell trouble for all of them in the long run?
This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Holly, Lincoln, Brody and Donovan. She has just gotten out of a 2 year relationship with Malcom when she finds herself in an unexpected position. She meets Brody when he rescues get purse from a mugger, then had a wonderful date with him. Donovan is her trainer and had been dreaming of him for a while when he breaks down to ask get out. Lincoln is a client of get personal shopping business and she's been dreaming about him as well. So when she has an amazing time with all three she can't decide what to do. So she meets with all of them at once to give them an out. But to their and her surprise they agree this could work. They grow as friends and find they don't feel jealous of the other. Really enjoyed the chemistry between them and the camaraderie between the guys.

I’ve only read a couple of Krista Wolf’s stories and they were all great but this one I loved, I’m becoming a big fan of Ménage stories and this one Unwrapping Holly is a really 🔥 sexy one. Holly is dumped just before Christmas she gets her purse snatched while sitting in the park and because of her ex bad mouthing her she doesn’t get her promotion at work so what the hell else could go wrong?. Holly meets 3 men Lincoln her wealthy client, Brody who goes after the purse snatcher and Donovan her personal trainer all 3 are very interested in her and Holly makes dates with them on different days. She wants them all but she can’t choose between them so does Holly just walk away because she can’t choose or will all 3 men accept the other in Holly’s life?. This is a fantastic 🔥 sexy read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
Our heroine has been treated rather roughly of late, yet she perseveres. And when she falls for not one but three guys, how can she choose just one?
I really enjoy this author's reverse harem/menage stories and this one is no exception. She has a talent for creating realistic, honest and accepting characters who aren't afraid of breaking the norms. Each character is unique with their own strengths and weaknesses and together they create a powerful mix.
The story is well written, as I expect from this author, with a solid easy-to-follow plot line. And yet there are still a few surprises as you go along. There are also multiple steamy scenes with single and multiple partners (no M/M activity) which provide lots of variety and very hot action. And it all wraps up with a nice HEA.
Highly recommended.

This was a great story to read. I couldn't put it down.
Holly is having a rough day with her not getting promotion at work and her boyfriend dumping her after he takes the car he gave her. She agrees to a date with her personal trainer, Donovan on Saturday night. She made plans to meet up with one of her personal shopping clients, Lincoln on Sunday. She also agreed to hang out with Brody who is in a class with her. These dates were all on one weekend and she had a blast with them all. She doesn't want to choose one but she also knows that she needs to come clean with the men. They are surprised to say the least but they also agreed to try dating her. Will they be able to make this relationship work?

Holly has just been dumped by her boyfriend when she is asked on a date, but suddenly she has three dats in three days after each other with different men. And with all of them she has a lovely and hot date, wow!
But now she can't choose with which one she goes on. So she talks with them all at once and they decide they don't mind she dates the other two too. so now she has three boyfriends at once. How that will work out? Hot very hot, especially when they team up and take care of her together. Great read, especially when you are into a reverse harem.
By the way this is not a short story, it is a full story. I also like what she says to her ex when he wants her back. Well done Holly!
This is a fantastic read! It has a lot of moments that you can laugh about along with lots of sexy action with 3 drool-worthy men. Each of them has looks, personality, brains and brawn, adding up to anyone's dream man. All 3 are mad about Holly, though, and after the loser that she used to date, I'm happy to say they are treating her oh so right.
If you like a sexy read with a woman who deserves what she gets (and that's a good thing) with a few chuckles along the way, this is the book for you. Krista Wolf is definitely one that I enjoy and I've always looked out for her new releases. I'm glad I did for this one.
