I read this book for research for a story I am writing.

This is a collection of stories about the circus. Many of them are very informative about how the circus affected the author. One story in particular details how the Ringling Brothers circus packs up everything and moves on to the next town. This is helpful when your story is set in the circus. The stories are broken down into animals and their trainers, clowns, aerialists and other performers, the sideshow, and behind the scenes. It's great for research work, and a wonderful read.
