Hogan introduces more relationships, hidden powers, and challenges, but still manages to weave the narrative together in a beautiful way. The stakes keep getting higher for these characters, but with an undercurrent of hope that makes it clear the Creator has a plan even in the darkest moments. Romance, adventure, politics, magic - these books really have it all! I can't wait to see how the series will conclude!
