made me re-memorise the periodic table with my silly little gcse jingle but was otherwise basically fluff & shout out my babe for changing my goodreads goal because i don’t want to churn out random short reads to meet an arbitrary target i want to engage deeply with octavia and moten and sharpe, actually 😮‍💨

Not what I expected when I bought the book online. There was two or three ideas that I thought to take away with me but again, not what I was expecting.

“I thought the book was good while I was reading it, but I didn’t think it was the best. I can read better books.”

I did learn a thing or two from this book, but I expected it to contain interesting information or fun things to do to captivate the reader.
