If You're Not The One

A heartwarming, escapist romantic novel for fans of Elin Hilderbrand, Nora Roberts and Nancy Thayer.

Natalie isn’t a romantic. She doesn’t believe in true love, or destiny. She thinks that people are just plain lucky if they happen to find someone. It’s coincidence and nothing more.

As a wedding dress designer though, she knows she has to keep these feelings under wraps. E

A fun fabulous book all about friendship and love!

This is the third book in this delightful series about the Bells... three friends who run a wedding planning business together... Tessa the planner, Natalie the designer, and Ama The caterer... three lovely women, with three unique voices, and three different views on love... this is the third book in the series, however it could be read as a standalone, but I’d venture to guess you won’t want to miss out on any of the time you could spend with t

This is about Natalie, Tessa and Ama who run a wedding planning agency together. I liked how each of the 3 woman has got a different personality. This is a lovely romance, though it was a little slow at times.

I have returned back to old friends in this book, being back with the Belles as if I have never been away and we get to see more of Natalie yay! This may be part of a series but you can read these as standalone, but really why miss out on any part of the Belles!

This is a nice easy read for you to indulge in for a couple of hours and get lost in the story of the three girls, why not have a glass of wine and kick back with them as we follow Natalie’s tribulations. I also still love the fact we see

Being a die hard fan of weddings, this series about wedding planners is of course straight up my alley.

I have read the previous parts as well and I was very keen to devour the sequel.

As usual the Wedding Belles take us on a journey from the first appointment with the happy couple all the way through to their vows and in the meantime they deal with their own (lack of) romance and busy lives.

Well, Cupid is a very busy little angel in this book. I think he might have used his complete stock of arro

The version of this book I received to review downloaded with the title “You Can’t Hurry Love”. This is the intertwined tale of the three main partners of wedding planning business Wedding Belles located in Bellegrove in the southeastern United States. Tessa began the business when she purchased the old Victorian in the old town section. Contractor Blake started working on the house to make it into the work/live space Tessa imagines, become a background partner.

Love or Money that's the question?
Laura Briggs takes a good look at three women's relationships and the ties that bind.
If You're Not the One shows friendships like never before and relationships that matter.
Natalie is our wedding designer who simply doesn't believe in love, ironically since she works in the field.
Harper hired her help but she wonders if Harper's heart is in the right place for a lifelong commitment or whether she's in it for the perks of wealth and prestige.
Now Chad enters her l

The third in a series of books about three women who run a wedding business, this can easily be read as a standalone. For those unfamiliar with the group, there's Tess, Ana, and Natalie and this one is Natalie's story. She's a dress designer who claims not to believe in, well, all that stuff. She's torn between Chad and Brayden, both guys who deserve honesty. Natalie's designing a dress for Harper, who is marrying a rich but uninvolved guy- or will she? This is light chick lit perfect for a day w ...more

If you want an easy to read, with all the pleasant lovey romance feels that Laura Briggs brings then this will be an ideal book for you. I have read a few from Laura in the past so know what to expect and can judge when to read them depending on my mood and depth of concentration required.

This was previously known as You Can’t Hurry Love which made it a bit confusing when I knew it should be a follow on book in a series. However once I found out it was If You’re Not the One and then remembered

I liked the book and the main storyline, but I really wished it was much shorter and tighter. I felt like it would never get over and it’s rare I feel like that about a book. I also hoped the book paid a little more attention than it did to the friendship between the three women. It didn’t feel like they were very close. I was hoping to read a book about strong bonds and female friendship, but it didn’t feel like it. Anyway, it was a light, clean read if you are not looking for anything too heav ...more

If You’re Not The One once again brings the reader into the world of Wedding Belles, the one stop shop for all your wedding needs and the lives of its three partners, Tessa, Natalie and Ama. This time they are hired to plan a society wedding where the groom is conspicuous by his absence and the bride to be seems to be like a fish out of water in the world she is about to become part of. On top of this they are very much dealing with issues in their personal lives that might just pull the team ap ...more

I’m not really sure where to start other than to say that I was so happy to be catching up with the Wedding Belles once again. It’s safe to say that I was taken on quite a journey wondering if there would be any happy ever afters for this fabulous trio. Laura Briggs has created three wonderful characters in Tessa, Natalie and Ama and with each book it has just felt as if I’m catching up with old friends. All three characters are different yet compliment each other so well as they work together i ...more

This book was the third in the series of stories about Tessa, Natalie and Ama, who are running a wedding planning business together. I have enjoyed reading about the adventures of the three of them, and their hunky handyman, as well as their brides and other people associated with having a business of this type. I also liked the descriptions of their family members and I thought that this story could easily be read as a standalone.

I liked the premise of this book very much - a bride who is marr

Natalie is dating Chad. Brayden has been in love with Natalie since they were kids. The problem? Natalie doesn't believe in love. She doesn't go gaga over romance. She doesn't think that there is a perfect someone for her and she certainly doesn't think that her life would be better with a man in it. Honestly she is only dating Chad because they both want their families off their backs about marriage and romance. So they decide to tell their respective families they are serious and engaged over ...more

I read and reviewed the previous book in this series One Winter’s Day by Laura Briggs which is based around three friends who run a wedding planning business.

We return to Natalie, Ama, and Tessa just as a huge opportunity comes their way. Harper Lucas is a bride to be with a millionaire fiance, and she wants the girls to plan their massive society wedding. Natalie is given the task of designing Harper’s dress but her own love life is far from simple. Her family and friends are so desperate for N

This was an ok read. Three friends start a wedding planning business together. The story explores their love interests as well. I read the egalley with the title You Can't Hurry Love and its listed under a different title, so that's a bit mystifying. The story was quite predictable and dragged in places. Thanks to NetGalley for the advance copy.

3.5 stars - I enjoyed the characters & their stories. The concept of three friends working to get their wedding planning business of the ground was interesting. The descriptions of the events, locations & couples they helped kept me involved. However, the plot seemed to ramble & was disjointed when it switched between the three women. It was a good romantic story that many will enjoy.

Natalie, Tessa and Ama work together and own a bridal agency in Bellegrove. All three struggle with love, relationships and family in this cute novel. Once the story got going, it was good but I found it to be slow at times
