Cute read. It threw me off slightly that there were no contractions in the book, but I guess if a little one is learning to read on their own, it’s better to not have them? I’m no education expert, so am not sure. Cute story, cute artwork, a solid 3 stars.

Let’s Have a Sleepover is an early reader and perhaps a great intro into graphic novels. What a great story about all the fears kids have when going on their first sleepover. I wish I had a friend as caring as Hedgehog. I will definitely recommend this book to my primary teacher friends.

These type of books for very small children usually don't impress me all that much, and I just read them to pass along to relatives. But this was was super cute. And I love the extras in the book - teaching you now to draw Hedgehog, and prompting your own storytelling. I would totally buy this series for any young kid.

My young readers will love Harry and will relate to being unsure about sleepovers. They will especially enjoy learning how to draw Harry.
