"Love At Rincon Point" by J. Haney & S. I. Hayes
My Thoughts....
I like this story of divorced mom Addilyn Tate meeting her 'next door neighbor and landlord,' Declan Torrance. We find Addilyn was a romance novel writer and was on vacation with her three children and it seems like her sister [Kota] was tagging along too. This author give the reader quite a interesting read as it really gets even more interesting as it seem that Declan and Addilyn have a few problems when these two come together which involving her children...Bexley, Ryker and Laken. Then when we get a few more added characters from Declan... is wife [ex/baby's mama ] Wynter and children [twins] Tarren & Tamsin... plus a few more like characters like [Cherry] making this story only get more interesting. To see how this will all come out you will only have to pick up "Love At Rincon Point" to see how well these authors gives the readers one good intriguing read that will keep your attention turning the pages till the very end to see if their will be a HEA for Addilyn and Declan.
I really enjoyed this story it was a fun read. Two worlds collide. Is it a migraine or is it love. Deadlines and naked surfers. It's complicated when there are kids involved...
Once again these two authors knock it out of the ball park with a real to life story of a single mom and a divorced dad. how do to adults work on getting to know each other when there are children on both side to think about, a meddling ex, a best friend and a sister all in their business? This book had me shaking my head and laughing out loud all the while wanting to smack some characters while rooting for others. This book will keep you guessing all the way to the end. I would recommend this book.
A wonderful book. To follow the beginning of Declan and Addilyn’s story together. It’s hard enough to be two adults and get it running. When you have additional five kids it can get complicated... The characters interaction and how they were described was really good.
Once again J Haney & S I Hayes have blown me away, I loved this story so much. Had me laughing and crying. This passionate and emotional story, I was hooked from the first page. A Must Read you won’t be disappointed. I love the way the characters work so well together.
This book was wonderful. It takes you thru all the complications of a woman dating a younger man. They even has an ex that's not legally an ex. Every thing about this book was realistic. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it!!

This book overall fell flat for me. It was a little too vanilla, and everything just seemed kind of easy. Though some parts of this book were quite original, in other parts I felt like I was reading a copy of something else. There was some chemistry between the two, but overall it was just kind of flat. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly wasn't great for me. The ending was super easy, everything came together with a snap of the author's fingers. I wanted a little bit more of a struggle, a little bit more emotion. Maybe that's what fell flat. There wasn't a ton of deep emotion expressed throughout the book, more just kind of mentioning things here and there.

I loved the storyline of this book. Addilyn is a divorcee, mother of 3, and a romance writer. Declan is a single father of twins and business owner. Addilyn takes the family on vacation to Rincon Point, California. Addilyn uses the locations and attractions in her novels when she travels. She was planning on a little fun in the sun and relaxing on the beach while the kids enjoyed themselves. She wasn't expecting her next door neighbor to be having a party, loud music, late at night. Having an un-clothed man on her patio in the early morning hours. The chemistry between Addilyn and Declan is a Love - Hate Relationship at first. You have to read the book to enjoy the twist and turns in it. The characters are all well described and I loved them and wait until you meet Laken. Don't miss your chance to read this one!! I voluntarily reviewed advanced copy of this book. ❤💎💋
Couldn't put down just like all the other books. Addilyn is taking her three children on vacation to California. When she finally arrived at her rental property she has for the summer but the neighbor is having a loud party which is rubbing Addilyn the wrong way. Declan is the neighbor having the party. Even though they start off on the wrong foot things change over time. Addilyn's kids really like Declan, so the more time they spend together the more the feelings for Addilyn & Declan are growing stronger. The summer flies by & feelings are stronger but Addilyn needs to go home & her heart is with Declan back in CA. Declan feels the same way, so he goes to her. Everyone is happy & feeling wonderful.

This book is very well written and free of the writing problems that plague many romances. It is also about grown-up people who have complications like kids and ex-partners or non-existent partners, quirky jobs, lots of anger, and a profound need to love and be loved. Their struggle to get together is sweet, charming, heart-breaking, and very funny. Imagine trying to be intimate in a house full of kids. Imagine trying to write your latest romance while engaging in an affair fraught with turbulence. Imagine paparazzi invading your private interludes! All this and more combine to make a great read for the beach or anywhere you find yourself on a summer day! (There is some very nice sex, but not more than most romances these days)

This book is the most "real" book I've read in a while. Declan and Addilyn are both single parents, raising their kids and living their lives. She rents a summer beach house next to his, there's a loud, late night party, and they meet. There is chemistry, but there is also 5 kids involved so life is far from simple. Haines & Haney write is well together, it's seamless and really well composed. The book is well paced, has tension, steam, and real characters. Great summer read and FREE to read with your KU subscription.

Loved the book, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Once I started I could not get enough, from the start till the end I was engrossed I was even on the edge of my seat with twists and turns, lust and raw passion, strength, happiness with a happily ever after. Erotic with a major turn on. Do yourself a favor and buy the book you want be disappointed. Thank you for allowing me to review your book.

A real to life story about meeting people in unexpected places. Though Declan was a bit of a tool at the beginning of the story, as the book evolved, so did Declan's character and he had some really great features. Addilyn and Declan have some major things to sort through, but the story makes sense and comes through in the end. A great story, highly recommend!!!
she is on vacation renting one of the beach rentals for a short bit of time with her kids she uses this time to write her books. their relationship starts out as love/hate. But all the kids are great together and it was a an awesome read. I love J. Haney books

Love at Rincon Point started off strong, with a setup that had real potential. I was hopeful it would develop into something more engaging, but unfortunately, it quickly became predictable. The plot followed a well-worn path, and by the halfway point, I could see exactly where it was going. The ending felt rushed and lacked the emotional payoff I was hoping for. A decent idea let down by weak execution.
The book is about a single mom and divorced dad that is complicated, emotional, engaging romance. The characters are intriguing. I liked reading this book.
I bask in the story it was quite an experience reading it with steamy scenes and tender but creative scenario as hidden secrets unfurl and brings climatic conclusions.
This is a single mom book she meets her land lord who’s also a divorced dad but not only is he is so different from her. Will these two might actually get together when they aren’t fighting.
