Finally read through this on along car ride. Extremely informative. Can't believe how extensive the list of things to treat was.

This pretty little book is on its way to Goodwill! It's not near the book published by Life Science Publishers. Yes! It has beautful colorful pages and and symbols for each oil telling whether it can be used aromatically, topically, or internally, and for what conditions, but, no where in the book does it give recipes for blends or even tell how to use the drops of any single oil. Do you use neat or dilute with oil? It tells you nothing! This book is practically USELESS.

This is a much smaller version of The Essential Life. While it has many oils listed, it is not nearly as comprehensive in scope. If you are short on space, this one has good information. I upgraded to The Essential Life, though, because I wanted to know more about most of the oils available and how to use them.
