Ten years of celibacy is no match for the passion she evokes in me.
Holding her through her tears melted my heart.
The fire I discovered in her, burned through my carefully constructed walls, leaving ashes in its wake.
Walls I built to protect myself, no that’s not true.
I built those walls to protect everyone else from my rage.
A rage that cost me more than I had to give.

Such a good book. The story drew me right in and hooked me good. Laney made me want to slap her at first but she is really a strong woman and knows what she wants. Can't fault her for that. And Dawg? Well, even with his past, he's hot. This story is awesome and you need to just get it and read it for yourself!

X-Treme Caution is the 3rd book in the X-Treme Series. This is Laney & Kendall's aka Dawg story.

It’s been a little while since I have read a book by Taylor Johns. I had forgotten how good her books are! So, pleased to be able to have read another one of her books! I loved reading X-Treme Caution. This book is so very good!

Every since I read this authors previous books in this series, I have been waiting for Dawg aka Kendall's story and I was not disappointed. This book can be read as a stand alone but is so much better reading the previous books in the series to get all the back story for all the characters. Dawg has had a rough history and has sworn off women for the past 10 years until Laney sets her sights on him. This book is smoking hot and once you start reading you will not be able to put it down.
