Julia Fellner
6 books7 followersJulia (she/her) was born and raised in Austria. Thanks to Harry Potter she discovered her love for the English language and began writing her own stories in English. At the age of sixteen she wrote Revealed, her debut novel which was later published by Rogue Phoenix Press.
After her first experiences in the publishing industry, she found she also liked the business side behind the scenes. Therefore, she decided to take the publishing of her books into her own hands and to become an indie author. In 2014 she self-published her young adult novel To be a Hero. This was followed by the short story collection Adventure Stories of Pirates, Robots and Coconuts.
As authorpreneur she is passionate about empowering other authors to become entrepreneurs themselves. With her marketing experience, Julia helps authors make writing their business. In addition to having written two guide books (Marketing Handbook, Self-publishing Handbook), she blogs about her own experiences.
Julia currently lives in Dublin. She enjoys travelling and exploring other cultures from the Austrian and Barbadian point of view on Wine and Rum. On rainy days (which do happen rather frequently in Ireland) Julia also has fun experimenting with the Austro-Caribbean cuisine and catching up on her reading list.
