Greg Heffley is a middle school student [like myself] that seems to always get in trouble or help himself because he is lazy and loves staying inside playing video games. My favorite part in the book is when Greg forgets to do his social studies project, which is to dress and explain how people from Malta live. He goes to the lost & found and puts on a winter coat than makes a meal from a hot dogs, asparagus, and meatloaf and says it's a dish from that country! It was so funny!!!
I disliked this book because of the same moments happening over and over again or that's what it seemed like. I love all the "diary of a wimpy kids " books , especially because of the illustration that gives me an idea of whats going on. Although this book was good they're some things that did not like that much , such as there was a lot more characters introduced also Greg's family[brothers] were not really in this book like they usually are. One last thing I didn't like about this book is the scenery because in the other books Greg and his family or friends are always somewhere else every other page, but in this book they mainly stay at his house , street and , school. I also did not like the conflict between the upper and lower street the turf wars were overdone and boring.
Overall this is definitely not my favorite diary of a wimpy kid book I would give this book a 2/5.
