Thirty-five thousand feet in the air, I impulsively planted my lips on a stranger.

To say it was out of character was the understatement of the century.

But I wasn’t worried.

It’s not like I’d ever see him again.

Or so I thought.

When I least expected it, there he was. And he looked so much better than I remembered.

It was only supposed to be one kiss—a drunken lip-lock to

I've read insta-love stories and insta-lust stories. I think this is my first insta-happy. The book isn't an insta-happy. The feeling it emotes is an insta-happy. I was smiley and at peace when Wirth and Chandler connected.

Now don't read this and think it's all butterflies and happily ever afters, even Disney doesn't make it that easy! But don't fear, Gia Riley isn't stomping on hearts or kicking puppies in this one. You will have every thing your heart desires...except for that menagerie scena

I had extremely high hopes for Kiss Me, Stupid. When I read the blurb for Kiss Me, Stupid, I knew I had to have this in my hands ASAP, but in all honestly I am disappointed. I don't know if it is because my hopes were set so high or not. I honestly loved how Wirth and Chandler met. It felt real and authentic, but after that it was just okay for me. For the most part, I feel like this book was juvenile, considering both the main characters were in their twenties. The whole plot was overr

Kiss Me, Stupid is a good cute read. Wirth and Chandler are great characters. They first meet when they are on a plane leaving Nashville. Wirth is heading back to NYC after a bad run in Nashville and Chandler is heading to NYC for a Broadway show. Chandler is quirky. After there first meeting they part ways without exchanges contact info and I was so hoping that there paths cross again. I kind of thought they would meet again at the Broadway show but they way their paths crossed again was so muc ...more

It started with a new years eve kiss on a plane and the rest was fate. At every turn Chandler and Wirth seemed to be in eachothers lives. Both characters frustrated the shit out of me at various points in Kiss Me Stupid and I feel like 'Stupid' was a good name for Wirth at times! This is only the 2nd book I have read by Gia Riley and I enjoyed the ups and downs of these characters journey.

Lighthearted easy read!
Do you believe in fate?
This book tells you the aftermath of a New Year’s Eve kiss... on a plane!
The story was ok.
Sweet but I had some trouble connecting with the characters as they seemed too infantile.

This is my third Gia Riley ARC... my first two was the Broken Wings Duet.

I was so excited when I read the blurb... I thought maybe this time, I'd be able to totally fall in love with the characters... so I responded to the email and I signed-up for an ARC.

The story mainly shows us how destiny/fate works in mysterious ways... I mean who would've thought you'd be seated together with the heart throb you admired from afar? Or... Who would've thought the stranger you kissed on the plane was going

Kiss Me Stupid by Gia Riley gives a fresh and funky touch to the hopeless romantic heroines in this world. Firstly, who names their girl Chandler? That's your first cue to an invitation of hilariousness. In all serious tones, I loved Chandler. She's witty, klutz, clumsy, hot, romantic, funny and all too chaotic in rightful manner. Hell, who can resist such a charm? That's where Wirth enters. He's shown as a brooding man with a tethered heart who finds perfect solace with Chandler. But
Chandler has finally made her dream come true, dancing in a Broadway show. Now she just has to make the trip to New York even though she is a bit anxious about flying. Imagine her surprise when she gets a seat next to singer, Wirth Sutherland. She got to see him in person at one of his shows a few days ago and now she gets to share the same space for the next few hours.

Wirth moved to Nashville to make his dreams of becoming a professional singer a reality. Now that his life has crashed and burn

Their dreams are of performance arts. His is singing, hers are dancing.

He's the guy who's left his dream behind to return with his tail between his legs, and shes the girl who gave it her all and landed a part in a broadway show.

One kiss upon the stroke of midnight up in the night sky, a connection formed even if only for a few seconds.

They won't see each other again, they definetly won't be roommates or work colleagues, after all the city is humongous.

Fate wouldn't throw them together like tha

Ms Riley is on my list of authors who I will read no matter what. After several heavier/angsty books this is a lighter, fun read focused on two younger people trying to live a dream.
I liked both Chandler and Writh and loved their meet cute of a late night flight on New Year’s Eve and the way fate kept bringing them together.
There is great potential for angst and conflict coming from multiple different directions. The fact that some of these avenues were not explored is probably my big

I simply love what Gia Riley brings with Kiss Me, Stupid. Chandler and Wirth have this cute connection when they first meet. You can't help but to love them both. Yes there may be times you'll say what the heck when it comes to them. But in the end you know you're going to get a huge heart squeeze with this one. Wirth and Chandler are amazing together once they get their acts together. You understand where they both are coming from as you read this. I love how Gia Riley makes them feel so real, ...more

Wirth and Chandler put a smile on my face. Kiss Me, Stupid is all about making your dreams come true and finding happiness. Chandler has always wanted to dance on Broadway. She is on track to make this happen, but needs to travel to NYC to seal the deal. Wirth wanted to be a professional singer. He got his dream, but everything came crashing down around him and now he is heading home to New York with is tail between his legs.

Chance or Fate brings Chandler and Wirth together on their trip. Is it

I'm not sure about this one. When I read the blurb, I was excited to read this book. After reading the first couple of chapters I thought this was going to be a great read. Wirth and Chandler's meeting was sweet, and they had great chemistry. It kinda went down hill from there. These characters were pretty immature to be in their 20's. Also, I was not a fan of the 3rd person in this story. When I read a romance, I want it to be about those 2 people. Although I wasn't a big fan of this book, I wo ...more

Kiss Me Stupid, the latest novel by Gia Riley, was a sweet romance that will evoke a range of emotions from you.
Chandler and Wirth, two characters with such unusual names, had a connection when they first met that they eventually tried to ignore but fate intervened in the best of ways.
These characters will make you smile in one chapter and then annoy you in another chapter yet you will be rooting for them throughout the story.
I enjoyed their banter and the inclusion of the secondary character

One of the many reasons I LOVE reading books by Gia Riley is her ability to make me fall madly in love with the characters and suddenly I turn the page and I’m seeing RED!!! She will also make you giddy, you will feel the fluttering from your belly to your heart as you fall in love along with them.

She never makes it easy, you will be in a state of Emotional Turmoil till the end. Waiting for the other shoe to drop. You will walk away hoping to find someone who feels like home and to tell them, K

This a cute insta story. It starts with a kiss on a plane at midnight with the idea that it’s a one off. Well chandler and Wirth have no idea that fate isn’t going to make it that easy. They end up crossing each other’s path over and over again. This story is fun and sweet. At times I wanted to smack Wirth and tell him to get over it!! Haha I read this in one sitting and enjoyed it. The characters are interesting and keep you involved. Fate an be a crazy thing sometimes.

I am a huge fan of Gia Riley and as soon as I read the blurb to this book then I couldn’t wait to dive in. Wirth and Chandler were super cute! Their attraction to each other was instant and their banter was on point. There was no over the top drama or angst here which surprised me but I really enjoyed this book all the same. This was such a sweet, fun and flirty read that I’d recommend.

Quick Romance!

Three and a half stars for this fast paced quick romance. Chandler and Wirth were two corky, cute characters who fell in love pretty quickly. There were a lot of secondary characters all finding love at the same time as well which made the story have a bit more depth. Cute, quick romance.

This is my first book that I have read by Gia Riley & it definitely won’t be my last. I really enjoyed going on Wirth & Chandler’s journey. At times both characters drove me a little crazy, but overall I liked them.

I look forward to more by Gia Riley in the future!

Chandler and Wirth meet on a plane and share a drunken kiss on New Years. They leave with no expectations of seeing each other again but life doesn't work that way. These two keep running into each other. Will anything work out between them? A cute read.

I really wanted to love this book was just too cutesy for me. Plus the whole how they met again just some things were missing or off. There were times I wanted to smack them all seemed more like kids than adults. Chandler at times is so wishy washy

Chandler leaves country life to live her dream as a dancer. She got a huge chance to go to N.Y and star on broadway. She ends up living with 2 guys who sends her in tailspin.

Hollis roomate all around good guy but big flirt. He knows he doesnt stand a

Bestselling author Gia Riley has been in love with writing romance since high school when she took her very first creative writing class. From the small but mighty state of Delaware, she’s a country girl at heart, traveling back to her roots in Pennsylvania as often as she can.

She’d rather pick truth than dare, bake than cook, and will always choose coffee over tea.

Just like life, her stories ar
