It’s an interesting book if you’re heavy into the subject matter but the reusing of the same case studies leaves a bit wanting and overall I felt the book landed in the void between education and entertainment. Good to have if you’re a writer or really into the topic but overall not a storytelling must.

Very informative

Loved the level of detail, the movie and other genre examples used to illustrate the laws. Great book! Will be going back to apply it to my projects.

This became background music as I played Valheim.

There seem to be good laws in here, but I struggle to remember any of them.

Went back to write all the laws down. Some of them could use an editing pass so they can be a better representation for the law in the eyes of both the reader and the author. For example, Make bold choices is better described by the title of the best selling Japanese book 嫌われる勇気 (The courage to be disliked). Since the main idea is be willing to make bold choices that could be considered controversial, and splitting your audience.
