A practical, slightly over-explained, guide on understanding, preparing, and executing a successful capital campaign. Focused on the a board member's role, this book offers tested action steps to set up a capital campaign for success. Especially helpful are the templates of campaign budgets, giving charts, and committee and volunteer job descriptions in the appendix. Also, the “Call Preparation” checklist in the same section is a plus.
