It's not a bad book, but probably better for someone who has NO IDEA what a vision board is and needs a lot of instruction. I was hoping that with all of the experience she has that she'd show some interesting examples of vision boards that actually produced what they were meant to.

I liked this book. It was a nice instructional resource if you want to get started on a vision board/journal of your own. I have had both a vision board and a vision journal for years and I utilize them everyday. I guess I was hoping that this book would take it further for me. This was nice for beginners.

Making a vision board is a way some people have of clarifying their goals and values, giving them incentive and visual inspiration on a daily basis.

This book did not necessarily convert me to belief in the value of making my own vision board - I'm considering it. The vision boards shown in the book were, to my eyes, garish and unartistic, meaningful in a symbolic way only to their creators. Which is, of course, the point.

But this book has extremely useful material about clarifying one's thoughts and goals, lists, affirmations, and exercises which are well explained and clearly presented.

This was a really interesting book to read. The inside is full of great colorful pictures that really gave you ton of examples of what they're talking about in each chapter. It's a useful tool to have when looking at your life from different angles. I enjoyed this new look at getting everything you can out of your life.

It wasn't the right resource for me at this time. If I knew it was so directly connected to The Secret I would have passed on it.

Nothing wrong with either book as it promotes PMA and self awareness and gratitude.

Practical, Useful, Game-changer

Very insightful book.
It's the kind of book that fuels changes in your life, without you even taking that initial action. It does so by effecting change in the landscape of your mind.

Awesome Step by step guide for Vision board

I love the way Joyce has explained the concept and provided the examples. I am also joining her course to hear directly from her.

Thanks Joyce for all your guidance and support.

Brilliant book, love the examples included. Takes it from finding out your life mission or desire right through to specific boards you may like to do.

Repetitive after awhile for some things, but there's some decent advice/inspiration in here too.

Helpful and meaningful in directing you to think about what you want. This is psychology, not magic.
