From the first moment I met Lyndon Craw I knew I didn’t like him. I knew I should have. He was handsome, charismatic, and even funny sometimes. Everyone else seemed to like him. But there was just something about him that unsettled me.

When our eyes met there was this terrifying intensity that shook me to my core. It took my breath away and sent a chill down my spine. I didn’t know why...but I just knew I didn’t want anything to do with him. I tried to avoid him as much as I could, but everywhere I went there he was.

Then he started dating my best friend, Julia. I knew for her sake I had to try and get over this, whatever it was. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, to get to know him a little. After all this was just in my head, or so I thought.

The moment we were alone together Lyndon made his move, revealing his intentions. Just before he stole my first kiss he whispered his dark desire. He wanted me….He wanted me to Submit.

Intriguing kidnap tale....

Intriguing kidnap tale with paranormal aspects.Best to go in blind. Left open ended and says it is book one,so I'm hoping for more to resolution of supernatural aspects!

Wow. I'm actually not sure how to rate this book. Was it engaging? Yes. Was it a romance? Not, really.

If I were rating this on the basis of a romance, it wouldn't rate high. It was definitely a compelling read with a strong heroine, Becca, but we haven't met the hero yet - I don't think. I'm used to villains getting the girl in the end - and normally ok with that. But this villain has not been redeemed and not sure how he can be. There is a book 2 to this story so we either meet the mysterious real hero there or the authors pull a hat trick and find a way to redeem Lynn.

Curious to find out which way it goes. I will reserve my judgment until then...

2🌟 because she can write!

The whole time I was reading this book my head was throbbing. h was more than pathetic and I just couldn't take it any more. First, that bitch Julia. Okay I got it, you have none other than a bitch friend. But it's better to be alone than someone's ass-licking friend! And the H.. he said he wanted her but ...when he was not insulting her he was laughing at her😑😑 what the actual fuck?
I thought that I was ready for dark romance. But if dark romance mean pathetic h and her sordid life then I'm done.

Are there really women like Julia?? They are not just evil they are mentally crippled.
Though I don't want to say this but pathetic and stupid girls like h are always get on trouble 😶😶

Okay... Just completed... And I'm intrigued to read the second one..
