i suppose this is partly on me for not paying attention, but i got this book more for dealing with PCOS symptoms which, based on the back cover, i assumed it would cover.
everything had to deal with high estrogen, which is the opposite of my problem.

Edit: obviously, things are different from country to country. At least knowing the names of the herbs needed allowed me to navigate in the health food store.

First I would let anyone looking to cure pms symptoms be sure that they have spoken to their doctor for any ongoing or severe pain.

Many of these remedies are herbs, but can still be harmful.

Great suggestions for pain relief as well as diet and vitamin emphasis. A mix of tincher, pills and other forms in which to take/administer herbs.

Recommended for everyone. Clear and easy to read.

The first book on this topic I've read that isn't addressed to pre-teens or condescend to me like a child. It's for any woman, young and old, looking for insight on her menses.
