i suppose this is partly on me for not paying attention, but i got this book more for dealing with PCOS symptoms which, based on the back cover, i assumed it would cover. everything had to deal with high estrogen, which is the opposite of my problem.
Edit: obviously, things are different from country to country. At least knowing the names of the herbs needed allowed me to navigate in the health food store.
The first book on this topic I've read that isn't addressed to pre-teens or condescend to me like a child. It's for any woman, young and old, looking for insight on her menses.
