VICE BY Dani Rene
GENRE: BDSM / Dark Romance
BOOK DETAILS: Book 7 & the final in the Sins of Seven series

This is a hot and heavy BDSM novel and Dani sure ended this great series with a BANG!
Oliver is a well know and highly sort after Dom, his new submissive trainees are Chance and Cayleigh. Don’t be fooled by this raunchy outline though as the storyline has so much more depth than just an erotic novel. Cayleigh and Chance try to break through Vice’s thick w

Type: Standalone book 7 of 7 from Sins of Seven series
POV: First Person – Multiple

Oliver Michaelson was content with his life. As a Master, he trained submissives and let them free to find their own way once they’re equipped with the necessary knowledge. He never thought he would ever want something deeper until he accepted two new trainees that threatened to break down his walls.

I liked the basic premise of this book and the dynamic of the relationship. However, I
Oliver Michaelson is a bisexual Sadist Dom who refuses to allow any sort of emotional connection to exist with any of the subs he trains. His policy is to contract an entry level sub or two for a limited amount of time to learn and explore the lifestyle, releasing before any sort of emotional connection can form to pursue a long term relationship elsewhere. Those who secretly think they will be the one to change Oliver's policy are disappointed as has has never and never will collar a submissive ...more

Perfect conclusion...

I can’t believe this is the last book in the series, I have loved indulging in this decadent and erotic world and this final story is a triumph.

Now it is Oliver’s moment in the spotlight as he leads his two novices: Cayleigh and Chance, into his dark world of desire, dominance and submission. Oliver is a fascinating character, uncompromising, controlled, distant and incapable of love. When Cayleigh and Chance first step into Seven Sins they bring with them heartache and dar

I can’t believe this is the final book in this series, although they are able to read as standalone’s I’ve read them as they were released. Oliver and Chance have won my heart and it was a tough call because each of these characters bring something unique to each of their stories. There’s no repetition and the storylines flow smoothly in each. Oliver is a Dom and a sadist when it comes to his sexual experiences and even when he’s in scene we get to see a little deeper into the man from time to t ...more

I have to say that I am so upset to see this series be over although I could not wait to read Oliver's story that it was rock and hard place kind of situation. When Dani releases a book, you have no idea what you are walking into. I have to say Vice is the same thing. Oliver has been in all the books, and we knew his needs and how he likes his bedroom play- to a point. But there is so much more to him than we ever knew. We not only get Oliver though we got Chance also. Such a sweet man is Chanc
We really are loving this on going series. This current story revolving around Oliver and Chance and Cayleigh was and intense one.

I have to say that we were instantly were drawn to Oliver and the darkness and rage he carries around with him.I will say that Oliver is a volatile character who most of the time keeps himself in check but, once he loses control we can be one mighty scary individual.

We love stories that are dark and intense as keeps your interest from the onset of the story but, they ar

The list of submissives that want to be trained by Oliver is endless. He has the reputation of being the best but collars no one. He is broken and can’t fall in love. Vice is the perfect ending to this outstanding series.
It’s time for Oliver to revel his story and what a story it is!
What a complex character he is.
He’s calm, cool, calculating and always in control.
Oliver is always right there for his friends and the submissives he trains.
Always with words of wisdom when neeeded or an ear for listening when one of them needs to vent.
He’s the loyalist of friends and the caring master submissives yearn to learn from.

I received an ARC of this book from the author and I voluntarily reviewed it! Thank you Dani René!

René took the BDSM genre to a whole new level with this one. It wasn’t your classic Dom finds sub, Dom falls for sub, Dom and sub live happily ever after. No. It was complex, there were multiple players, it was emotional and captivating.

This was more than just BDSM. This was a story about self-discovery and self-affirmation. It was about acknowledging what you want and standing up for what you want

Vice was the perfect ending to the amazing Sins of Seven series. With each book the fantastic characters have held me spellbound yet Oliver was the one that kept me intrigued the most and I must say his story was well worth the wait.

Oliver has always been a character that is complex and had so many layers piled high that I couldn't wait to see what was underneath. Let me just say at the heart of him Oliver is everything I was expecting yet so much more. Training submissives is something Oliver

Omg I loved this book so much. I didn't want to finish it coz I didn't want to say goodbye to them. This is the final book in Sins of Seven series where all books can be read as a standalone and I highly recommend you read them. They are all hot and steamy as f*ck. And this one was no exception. Aaahhh god guys I am telling you, you better read it alone at home. At some scenes I was breathing so hard and all those hot waves were running all over my body I needed a minute to myself.

All good things must come to an end and what a way to end this fantastic series. This is Oliver's turn to take centre stage, what a fascinating complex character he is. At times the story is dark but you can't help but be drawn to. He's the dom that every submissive wants, he's cold aloof and controlled but when we get to know him we see just how vulnerable he is. When two submissive cross his path one will change his life completely. The big question is can Oliver let down his defences enough t ...more

Vice was the final book of the Sins of Seven series, and it was amazing! It was dark and brutal. I think the author saved the best one for last! I read it in one sitting, it was so darn good!

I am a Dani René fan due to her ability to write about most difficult and disturbing stories with expertise. Vice has everything I love about her books. This story is dark twisted passionate and and as deep as you can take.

This is a hardcore BDSM romance with predominantly MM with some MMF interactions. The MMF bond was necessary to bring Oliver and Chance together. Oliver is a much loved character from previous books in the series. And seriously I am so intrigued by the character. He is the dom

Whoa. Cue the sexy! Being my first read from Dani René I wasn't totally sure what to expect. But let me tell you Vice was deliciously dirty. And a little dark which isn't really my cup of tea. This book was intense and covered some touchy subjects but for some reason I found it hard to look away.

I think it was Chance. That man was magnetic. He was bold and adventurous and not afraid to stand his ground. When I learned all that both he and Oliver endured my heart just ached and it made me root fo

Here it is – VICE, Oliver’s story – finally. Ohh, how I’ve waited for this one. But it also sadly marks the end of this awesome and extremely decadent series by Dani René. And what an end this one brings! Whew! It was everything I hoped for and more. Gave answers to every asked and not yet asked question and then some. This one is easily my favorite in the whole series.

All I can say is wow, I loved this book. What a way to end the series.

Oliver trains both men and women to be submissives. When he takes on both Cayleigh and Chance together things get very hot and heavy between all of them. Together and seperate.

This book involves three people: Oliver – the Dom. Cayleigh – the Submissive. Chance – the Switch. If you don’t know what these words mean…..You are either in for a learning experience or this might be the wrong book for you.

Oliver doesn’t love. He controls. He regulates. He dominates. But he doesn’t love.

Cayleigh knows what she wants. She wants to be dominated. She wants to be shown how to live that life. But she also knows she has bigger plans for herself.

Chance wants love. And there is one pe

Dani Rene delivers yet another fantastic book, Vice, in the last installment of the Sins of Seven series. Not only will you cry, you will scream, cuss, swoon and so much more! Vice is filled with so many emotions it is hard to describe them all. Vice, can be read as a standalone but I highly encourage you to read the previous installments as the characters interconnect. Wow! What a great ending to this amazing series! Reading Vice was bittersweet for me. I was so excited as always to read the next Sins of Seven book but at the same time I was sad because the series is ending. What can I say I love and will miss my sin men. Dani Rene did not disappoint. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. I was sucked in from the very beginning to the very end.

I have been holding off writing this review because I know once I write it, it will indicate a conclusion to an emotional, epic journey that Dani took us on.

Oliver, when he appeared in the first book was shrouded in mystery, with an underlying tone of darkness of character. And with release of each book, more and more of his intrigue was relieved to us. And Vice is his darkness personified. He is cruel, he is cold and closed off, the ultimate Dom how everyone wants to taste for one night - beca

I loved this book. I've loved all of the books in this series. I think Dani Rene did so well with the characters and situations in this book, and it was just amazing to read.

I've been looking forward to Oliver's story since we first met him, and to a lesser extent, Cayleigh and Chase. And it was totally worth the wait. Oliver is an incredibly layered and complex character and trying to get underneath all that isn't easy work, but it leads to a great story that was hard to put down and incredibl

I'm thrilled that the series ended with Oliver. He is the resident sadist, and while he is willing to train anyone who enters the club he isn't willing to take on a sub of his own. In walk Chance and Cayleigh and out walks Oliver's self-control. Oliver is distant to the point of coldness, extreme in his dominance, darker than the other Doms, and his complex nature has called to me from the very beginning. Chance and Cayleigh balance each other out with one being very outgoing and one being more ...more

I entire series is exquisite and I am sad to read the last of the "Seven Sins" series.
There are discoveries made in the 3 than 2 main characters. Secrets are poured out and realizations discovered.
Oliver is an a--hole but there is a method to his madness. He is the ultimate dominant, his staff of women are there at his beck and call (towards the end of the book you find out why). Cayleigh wants Oliver to train her and he agrees. Also Chance, who has eyes for Oliver for awhile, gets in on the ac

Alas all good things must come to an end. This series has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs for each couple involved. And Vice is no different.

What starts out as a temporary arrangement soon becomes so much more than Oliver ever thought possible. After having read all the books in this series, with this being the last, leaves me a bit emotional. I am a lover of BDSM stories and this series is my favorite. This story is about Oliver, a Dominant, who we met in the very first book. His character has always intrigued me and I couldn’t wait for there to be a story on him. Well, this last book is by far the best! Oliver has so many facets to him and you know in your heart that while he has a tough exterior, that underneath it all, is a man wit ...more
