Should Christians prepare for the worst? Isn’t that one of the big questions we all face? If we have our faith in God, shouldn’t we trust Him to take care of us? Where is the line between faith and prudence anyway? Just what does God expect of us?
Does the Bible actually talk about any of this? Yes, it does! God knows the dangers that we face and He knows what we should do about it. He is not blind to our needs. We can see the balance between doing our part and trusting in Him in His Word. It doesn’t have to be one or the other; it can, and should, be both.
God has a plan for our lives and He will get us through, but we have to do it in faith. That doesn’t just mean trusting Him to take care of us, but also doing what He tells us to do. The great “Hall of Faith” in Hebrews 11 is filled with people who trusted God, doing what He said to do. It falls to you and me to walk in the footsteps of those giants of the faith and do what God tells us to.
Find out what God says about all this, in this powerful insightful book. You’ll see Biblical examples, along with practical faith, which can show you what you need to do, so that you can ensure that your family will be taken care of when everything else goes wrong.

Reworking of "Christians Will Go Through the Tribulation"
I believe that this book might be a decent starting point for changing your lifestyle to one of responsibility for yourself and your family, friends, and community.
It seems to be similar to "Christians Will Go Through the Tribulation", a book that was printed in the 1970's and is no longer being printed. However "The Case..." doesn't have the scope of it's predecessor.
All in all, though, I can recommend this book as a first step for Christians who have decided to take charge of their own future, understanding that good times and bad come in their own seasons.
This book is a great introduction on prepping. It not only explains why we need to prep but also that we need to be true christians. Not often are the two linked but the author is able to tie them both together in a well thought out, educated way. Garvin breaks down the prepping lifestyle into a manageable way of life. A lot of information and resources are given within this small book making it a must read!
Bought this for a friend. We were talking about prepping recently and knowing he is a Christian I wanted to gift him something that would support his religious views and be useful in this topic. I can not comment on any of the religious parts as I practice a different religion but the introduction to prepping despite being very basic is well written with good examples. If you would like a very brief intro into the topic, check out this book it might be just what you are looking for!
Forrest Gavin makes a clear, well-thought out argument for prepping complete with biblical references. This is a solid book that lays how to start prepping and why you should.
This book is a good place for new peppers to start. The author gives the reader some excellent information at a basic level and in an easy to read manner. I've been a 0430034 for many years and found this book to be a pleasant refresher me. Well done!
This book does no more and no less than it claims. It’s a pretty basic overview of survival preparedness and why it is a responsible Christian activity. It also offers information on Christianity itself. Could have used some editing and proofreading.
